Can anyone tell me how many shares are in the free float. i.e. not controlled by directors and other institutions?

Also is it normal for such a wide spread?

A continue of big buyers at top price 100,000@12p, they seem to be grabbing stock day by day can only mean news is leaking IMHO
The way I see it fun's on it's way, Finals due Feb but more importantly news of Avonmouth funding is critical for the SP

Avonmouth funding is due this quarter and no one puts down £19k for no reason.

I'm pretty certain they will get the funding it's just they are trying to get the debt/equity balance correct, big debt, small equity. And with the government backing the debt it can't be bad.

It's been a long wait but I'm sure it will be worth it.

The company must had heard us talking about the lack of a RNS as it arrived 3pm

It sounds all promising and with 3 possible income streams from Avonmouth,

"The Company is seeking to secure a development fee in respect of the Avonmouth Project and to retain an ongoing interest in the project by way of a 'free carry' of equity by the Company and/or a long-term ongoing royalty from the project. It is anticipated that the Company will provide management services to the Avonmouth Project during both the construction period and when the plant is operational, and will receive a separate fee for those services."

After all the planning and finanical agro the building part should be a doddle!

Yes I was suprised that there wasn't a RNS, when I posted this morning I assumed one would arrive at 07:00

A nice managment fee for the Avonmouth build will turn Helius on it's head and more news on Southampton would the cherry on the top.

I know there was meeting a week or two ago about Southampton but I don't know what the outcome was,

Great spot OT - as you say that makes it pretty nailed on. Hallelujah, sense and common good prevails over NIMBYism.

Astonishing that HEGY haven't issued an RNS - unless your article offers them leverage to improve the terms of their financing, which might require a day or so to resolve.

Whenever it comes, we should see the share price quickly return to the early to mid teens.
