18/4/2008 10:42 | Dirt cheap - got ignored on the results imo. Reckon most ignored the dilution that hit the eps but looking at the pbt these are flying. CR | cockneyrebel
18/4/2008 10:37 | Starting to move....could move fast from here imo.. | nurdin
14/4/2008 08:15 | Yep, all bodes well for the future. Taken my first foray this morning :o) | cambium
14/4/2008 08:09 | not really 6% interest and interest payments very well covered by earnings. | dasv
14/4/2008 08:07 | Agreed, nice results. Anybody see any debt/working capital issues this year? | gac100
14/4/2008 07:05 | Yep, I agree. Looks good. Picked up a few. :O) 12%+ net margin too. | liarspoker
14/4/2008 06:50 | Cashflow is excellent as well.50% of 08 orders already booked it seems | nurdin
14/4/2008 06:46 | Pre-tax up a load. eps maintained despite about 30% dilution. 15.2p eps - would be near 18p if you add back the depreciation charge. Bet they could do way over 20p this year as we won't have the dilution this time round on comparisons. CR | cockneyrebel

11/4/2008 10:42 | Only thing which concerns me is rising commodity prices (primarily oil) affecting plastic manufacture input costs. However I believe despite this HLS is massively undervalued for a growing company. | dasv
11/4/2008 09:45 | Very cheap imo, and directors buying. They did over 14p+ eps last year. The 2c growth in H1 eps means even if H2 was flat the eps is 16p this year. Falling £ v Euro means euro denominated earnings are greater when translated into £. Also, with them now manufacturing in the UK then selling ito Europe mean sthey are 12-15% more competive now, with the £1 much cheaper, on labour terms at least. CR | cockneyrebel
11/4/2008 09:44 | Cool re the 17.5p | gac100
11/4/2008 09:44 | Also remember that Euro has strenghtned substantially against the Sterling since the beginning of the year...I think as much as 23%.Should make a lot of diffrence to the reported earnings when translated into £. | nurdin
11/4/2008 09:24 | gac...I called up their PR...was quoted 17.5p.Must have come out after the TS | nurdin
11/4/2008 09:19 | nurdin, is that a v. recent panmure forecast, because digital look is showing 16.28 eps for y/e 31-Dec-2008 = p/e 8.1 (and eps of 17.93 = p/e 7.4 for the following year). Either way still cheap; looking forward to the results. | gac100
11/4/2008 08:52 | Bought a few .Results Monday and the company has already said they will meet. Panmure forecasts eps of 17.5p for the current year which put the shares on a PE of 7.5 at 132p.Way too cheap for a company operating in a fast growing legislation driven envornmental services market. | nurdin

12/3/2008 22:30 | HLS looks a cracking stock and in the right sector, waste is definitely one thing that is set to expand dramatically. Results only a month away so looking forward to them. CR | cockneyrebel
04/3/2008 19:05 | Hi dasv. Sorry, didn't realise you had posted a reply here, I thought this thread was dead! I have a mate in the jewellery industry - he sauys it's tough, punters not only drawing in theier horns a bit but margins squeezed by the rise in the price of gold. Not sure what that means for TFL. Little article regarding Helesi here: CR | cockneyrebel |
