badhshah: Most likely all the boiler rooms scums are out. We should see stability in share price now. The only asset this comapan has is CEO. I think he'll pull a good deal whenever it will become psossible. He he was to look for anyknid of deal then he would have struck it now.

jaknife: Interbulk Investments (INB) has come back from suspension today, this is another company that follows the same scam pattern as is currently taking place with HCR. Here's the INB chart: This is how the scam works: 1. The share price is ramped up. 2. The stock is suspended at an artificially high level. 3. Whilst the stock is suspended a sales team cold-call investors to sell them the shares claiming that you're getting a bargain because the price is below the current price (but not telling you that the price is artificial as the stock is currently suspended). 4. When the stock comes back from suspension the price crashes. In the case of INB a massive amount of stock is going to be issued at a price of 2p per share - well below the price that people have been paying. This is a new and common scam and has also occured with Tower plc, here's the chart: regards JakNife

badhshah: So what are we expecting about the aquisition and the new share price. I think we might get another 30m shares issued at 3.5p or even at 4p. If acquired company is good then we might see the price hike to 20-30p level. What you guys think of it?

optimist23: If everyone piles into these on Monday...the MMs could be seen running for the hills and the share price surging to the 3 - 4 pence levels.

responsible lad: Hi dell, Thankyou very much for your help, I now get the picture a lot clearer. This HCR looks like an excellent 50/50 gamble, espcially as we are going to be having results soon where the news is either going to be good or bad. If their results are late then they will stay suspended until they anounce them. Nothing wrong with that as long as the news equals to outperforms the current share price. Thanks RL
