04/6/2009 12:23 | Using equity warrants on a balance a/c which means i have to have the full amount as if i was trading real shares. Or they will not let me trade due to size. so i think of erm as real :) | fatboy1nc
04/6/2009 11:16 | lol, some people don't have as deep pockets ;) how did you short? didn't know you could get a non leveraged account that was capable of shorting? | unicorn77
04/6/2009 11:14 | lol... dont do cfd. 69 is the max range price i would pay that would be trading @ 63-69 the odd point dont count. I dont do leverage bets.. | fatboy1nc
04/6/2009 11:01 | i wouldn't want 72P today, it wouldn't fit into my plan lol 72P would be good, all's catered for to the low 60's on my end, understand what your saying though, best for longs to skip the resistance and buy on the support when it arrives anyway, due to the 69.3P "maybe" you, and most cfd accounts only show 5 positions on the buy side at a time, AND, you knew it had been there all morning, i declare you a cheat, trying to get in at a cheaper price! almost as bad as stealing monopoly money when everyones outside having a cigarrette! | unicorn77
04/6/2009 10:53 | could be:) yep 72p would be the top for monday. But would be best not to test that today. A good AGM tomorrow is also a gamble (but limited downside) ... So best for longs is to close below 70p any good news will take out 72 as the line in the sand. To the next target res of 79p | fatboy1nc
04/6/2009 09:21 | lol, is that you? next buy for me is at 71.9P looks to me like a close but no cigar, unless you got in before me? ;) i told K38 you thought 63-69P was a good entry, i also said being you, you will try and get 63P, so i think your still holding out lol, he reckons you went long days ago | unicorn77
04/6/2009 09:16 | 66.9 not bad:) have you notice 10,000 AT below 69.3p so far?:) all morning 69p and it falling? i wonder why that could be hummmmm. Lol | fatboy1nc
04/6/2009 08:22 | well it held 65p yesterday too lol. So good sign . entry ref:- current to 69p still seems good play... im thinking along the same lines as you. i cant see a sell off , if tomorrow goes well or better it should be a good sign for a monday up. Current new low is 65p to be fare. Which higher than the old which should tell you :) something | fatboy1nc
03/6/2009 22:06 | evening to you! don't blame you shorting barc, everyones been saying everyones going to pile out of it. now for the entry point for lloy, it seems stuck at the current price, even with the ftse/dow fallback, i think i'll get in tomorrow, not got the balls to hold out for the "sell off friday" as i don't think it'll make much difference, will be up early, and check the progress, it will either be early on or i'll wait till 10ish where it seems to hit its daily low, the graph is also looking very similar to the graph at the 40P bull run where it was stuck at the same price for pretty much the full day, give me a shout on the price you get apparently yanks also reporting dow to go down, but can't see it affecting lloy much, ftse dropped nearly 100 points and it didn't do anything! | unicorn77
03/6/2009 08:21 | morning... Yes will go long - 63p - to current (69p) would be a good entry point. i shorted barc yesterday afternoon could not help it lol., just a day play on it today and im out. ps... better tell k38 im long lol | fatboy1nc
02/6/2009 22:36 | evening fatboy, yesterday was mostly due to the US performance, yes i noticed it too! but checking it out, if the US hadn't rallied on friday i think lloy would have maybe broken even at best. others suspect instis/funds are putting big orders in, the signs are there, some massive orders have gone through over the last few days you going long! on lloy?! this will be interesting lol, i'd be looking at going long later this week, hopefully the ftse/dow will drop some gains as i'd want to get the low/mid 60's does that sound about right? or is there an expected fall? i suspect there isn't much time to go long before it takes off, even though the longs have been calling it since 125p lol we do appear to have a trading range of 60-70P, so its no doubt waiting on sentiment/indices, of course if it was last year, it would be guaranteed to go down, the bull run suggests it will break up. the only reason barc went up is because they decided to get a loan rather than go the aps route, im suprised it did, i never touched it because it looked to me like they lied to the share holder when they claimed they have had no extra funds | unicorn77
02/6/2009 10:59 | u77... morning bit of an odd ball day yesterday. But today lol well lloy has good support at 66p. Which should see it pass all the BALL over barc today. ref: -That day on the LLOy bb. My target was 63p but just could not pass that 65p resistance lev. (not support lev - remember in going short lol) . Not sure whats going on with lloy that day but i think.. funds are buying in large sets at around this make... each time i do a set call... it gets triggered a few mins later by someone. ref : 12p. To be fare the dilution of the new 38p offer is well priced in now. so current share price is far... May the fat boy will even go long:) ref :barc.. It was only a matter of time ... 50p to 300+ in 3 months market cap was no better then lloy at each time frame... lloy - 50p to 120p. the Arabs know its over valued by around 100p to market. So i would get out too. (no call/puts on barc) | fatboy1nc
30/5/2009 12:44 | cracking website to claim free shares in a potentially massive company plz visit www.me2everyone.com/ | raturi
26/5/2009 14:37 | afternoon, from a number lol, i wish i had the money you had! sounds like you've had some good adventures, so whats you account balance at? lol just spotted you've been terrorising them on the lloy forum, one day they'll see what we saw last year ;) what do you think of elsworths "level 4" target of 12P? would you ever go long on stocks/banks? of course its upto you what you do, but would you not think theres a time to go with an upward trend? the shift at 15:15 is a nice indicator, it doesn't want to rise, yes it went up with the ftse/dow, but on the slight ftse retrace it came straight back down and never went back up with ftse, do you think it is a trading range? or the market keeping it negative for a reason? it does seem a strange stock all day, looks like low volume after 11, but then again maybe its the first day back thing ftse also appears to need to break the 4300 support, i'm sure another retest of it will show if it will hold or not | unicorn77
26/5/2009 09:09 | lol morning. From a number:) | fatboy1nc
21/5/2009 12:56 | thats a relief, atleast they're not the muppets we get infected with...im sure you view of them isn't much different giving you a bad name ;) I assume they're from the place you've recently returned from? unless we have strong support, i can see sub 60P with the recent news thats floating around, by shear coincidence the ftse looks heading to the 4100 level around the same time the aps shares are freely tradeable | unicorn77
21/5/2009 12:47 | they dont post. not in the UK | fatboy1nc
21/5/2009 10:39 | got ya, will go long the day after the predictions met (assuming theres bullish sentiment) and showing recovery unless advised otherwise ;) I am intrigued to know who your helpers are, they're obviously on the forum, are they silent? i really hope its not the muppets that were left behind when everyone else closed at 40P and made every other post a deramp | unicorn77
21/5/2009 10:29 | 60-58 S/T + ft100 to be holding @around 4100 +/- 50 points in the same frame | fatboy1nc
21/5/2009 09:44 | yes i did, i don't know your code either, so that wouldn't really help! i can only assume it will drop 5-10% 60P short term target what price are you seeing? | unicorn77
21/5/2009 09:38 | started new sets b4 open. Not much time had to do some number crunching on lloy late last night. i did post a note saying fast -5 to 10 tag% for ya... u missed it tho sorry mate. | fatboy1nc
21/5/2009 09:28 | oh you would! the day i get back in after i thought you'd finished position closed, you best make up for it lol, i closed at a loss! | unicorn77
