Quite agree. PE of 5, bought at a little less than asset value, with no shareholder dilution.

Excellent news - large earnings-enhancing acquisition bringing in new clients and a well-known brand name.

Paying just $15m for $3.2m operating profit is rather cheap....

In addition, "The assets include an 11.5 acre freehold property in Peterborough, all of the plant and machinery, transferring book debts and stock", so all in all this deal looks blooming great.

RNS this morning confirms my earlier post that Oryx have completely bought out Standard Life's holding and cleared the overhang.

Onwards and upwards now.

I like the fact that there is little noise on this bulletin board, in my experience that usually equates to the most profitable period for shareholders, when the mob arrive it is usually time to leave

Wow - RNS out showing that Oryx/North Atlantic are now above 20% and have bought another 2.75m or so shares:

Looks like they've bought out the remainder of Standard Life's holding from their 22nd September RNS, so a big overhang has been cleared.

Could be time for a big re-rating if all goes well.

Concerted buying coming in this morning.

Soon HAYT might even be on a P/E of more than single figures....

Three very large trades followed by a quick tick up hopefully means an overhang has been cleared. The trades look like a straight rollover/swap at 74p, but it's encouraging to see the quick move up anyway.

HAYT are featured briefly in today's Shares Magazine as follows....

"Chancellor George Osborne’s offer of £2 billion in loan guarantees to a consortium of Chinese investors and France-listed Électricité de France (EDF:EPA) to kick start the Hinckley nuclear power station could spark interest in a number of potential beneficiaries in the UK."

"Among the small caps, stocks like Hayward Tyler (HAYT:AIM), a manufacturer of pumps for nuclear facilities and the oil and gas industry could benefit as construction starts."

Institutions swapping holdings per today's RNS's - essentially Harwood Capital have bought another 500,000 shares from Standard Life.

The former are now up above 15% with 6.9m shares. Quite a vote of confidence in a small cap company.

Big trades today - hopefully clearing out any sellers.

Forecasts are still for 8p EPS and a 1.4p dividend this year. HAYT are still in a long-term uptrend and the share price seems very undervalued imho. If people are worried about O&G exposure, firstly it's only 8% of last year's revenues, and secondly it's likely that May's agreement with FMC will be transformational for HAYT's O&G sales.

Nice to see this move back up this am ! Lets hope for some normal stability without vicious changes , although this is aim!

Seriously...look at the markets. It's carnage on a scale I've never seen before. Every stock is getting battered, a few sells on the illiquid stocks (such as HAYT) and the fall is vicious. My advice...sell and stop worrying or hide for a month and prey.

The volume is pretty big also which is a worrying sign. Now fallen 10% today! and 17% since recent high!

This fall is getting ridiculous now, any logical reason other than aim madness!!
