Two lots of news in one day.

The Swansea collaboration seems particularly attractive

Haydale are "paying" for their services in Warrants which are £1 out of the money (with 5 years to run), so if they do get exercised, I really don't care about the dilution, the shares would be issued at 105p or thereabouts and Haydale bank the proceeds from the exercise.

I doubt they'll need to raise cash, unless they come up with a big project. Unless any latter is very attractive I feel fundraising will be difficult.

Also to bear in mind here is that the NMS is shown as only 480shrs on Morning Star and that there is also no broker forecasts showing.

The bottom bid is now only 87p for 1000 shrs, so the downside is still with us. The best bid, 93p for 4x 1000 shrs.

Thanks for that Fillipe - I notice that they only have 11.45 m shares in issue can I ask you do they need to do any more placings? I see they have had a grant 19/12/14 and at 30/6/14 they had 5.62 m in cash.

I also notice from digital look revenues of 2.41 m are forecast 30/6/16. So fundamentals are a way off yet. So yes I can see your good call for taking a profit.

fbb100 - Jan 1st HAYD was a touch over 60p ......a month later it could be sold for 102p, and seemed to stall around that figure. All pretty much on "no-news" and small volume. That says it all for me and I was guessing that a few will take a very nice profit and that just as it rose a lot on small, so might it fall.

"A bird in the hand" and all that, at a time when good gains are hard to come by and fallers are everywhere.

if you were wondering why I was looking for 120 to 130 - as there was no news then I was assuming this was being driven by technicals as opposed to fundamentals hence I was thinking whoever is driving this maybe using Fibonacci 50 to 61.8 retracement for their target. Instead looks like the old natural resistance of 100 has won out.

ah well - looks like a good call Fillipe - will we see 90 now before 120? needs to get back into 100s today or else...I was expecting this to stay in the 100s to 120 / 130 before any retrace. I must have been wrong and not for the first time LOL

hi fillipe - do you not think this will go to 120 - 130 first since it got through 100? I was thinking if 100 was going to form resistance then it wouldn't have closed above it.

Happy to hear any views - although I appreciate if you bought in with the directors then you've just had an excellent profit - so I've no problems with you taking a profit - my interest is in the share price

Nicely cleared the £1 marker today, with the bid/ask on a narrow spread at 102p v 103p respectively.

Still only 6mm's x 1k lots (total 6000shrs), with the highest of those on the bid now 112p.

A tight market here.
