08/7/2007 18:31 | on the other hand guys....new deals are been done on a regular basis, pushing up the asset value all the time,at nice rental yields too. | molatovkid
02/7/2007 10:26 | With interest rates supposedly due to rise again this week - and possibly again before the year-end - I'm not too sure paying £15.1m for properties valued at £14.85m and having to increase their overdraft by £1.0m to do so is such a great deal. I can't see the share price going anywhere in the short term. | ansc
02/7/2007 10:06 | it would be a big plus if HTI had a major instituition with them; as it is it seems to be 'cosy' deals between their private and public interests. longer term; lets just hope they co-incide !!! | cg1953
02/7/2007 07:56 | another building block in the hawtin story laid today! | molatovkid
26/6/2007 11:16 | with any luck these deals will come off soon and the price will start to move north, which must be a case of when not if! Im quite impressed at managements speed of operation aswell. They are not hanging about and seem to be men of action! | molatovkid
20/6/2007 14:28 | Your welcome CI. That's a very good agm report I would suggest. Possible portfolio purchases bringing the total up to £70m with currently £3m rental plus this new lot. Good stuff. Now is that the same Mr Hayword I've seen elswhere with Mr Farmer? A very small company currently around 11p per share.and I can't bloody well remember the name of it | mistertibbs

11/6/2007 11:51 | molatovkid, hi held these for over two years and whilst I am in profit. I am waiting for the City to recognise the the discrepancy between asset base/nav compared to share price. Hopefully then hti will get re-rated and take off. By the way I use to subscribe to the City Confidential what did they have to say about HTI. CHEERS C2I. | contrarian2investor
04/6/2007 11:20 | ive committed a good chunk of my cash to this and its nice to see it is being appreciated. First I.C now City Confidential....the only problem is that the price aint going nowhere just yet! Might start moving a bit more from here on in as the trade press is incresasing the coverage & the company is about halfway to its £100m asset target so hopefully we should start to have some price uplift as more acquisitons are announced | molatovkid
04/6/2007 10:27 | If that is the financial advisors lot this is indeed very interestingnews and a another thanks from me. Such a small and relatively unknown share reaching parts others not reaching. | mistertibbs
03/6/2007 12:51 | excellent news m180....thanks for posting! | molatovkid
01/6/2007 15:30 | This company has been recommended as a buy in June's edition of City Confidential. | m180
25/5/2007 09:55 | It looks as though buyers are still around this morning, perhaps we might see a small tick-up later. | ansc
22/5/2007 10:52 | Last buy at full offer price. Might see a further tick up on the bid price to close the spread a little. | canny lass
21/5/2007 16:35 | Not a bad day. Let's hope for a little more blue tomorrow. | canny lass
21/5/2007 14:42 | haha....i knew I had read it somewhere - i am redeemed!! Millennium Plaza, Cardiff The shiny Millennium Plaza remains as Cardiff's biggest entertainment complex which means a hundred and one ways for you to entertain yourself without a single trip to that special video store. Built right alongside the Millennium Stadium you'll find the massive new Ster Century multiplex cinema, Crispy Duck restaurant and Bar Risa to fill your plate and glass, Jongleurs to get your belly jiggling and Jumping Jaks and Surfers Paradise to get your butt wiggling. Get rid of the DTs at Pura the next morning. A whole world dedicated to F.U.N: fun. Hurrah. | molatovkid
21/5/2007 14:17 | Too hard on yourself molatovkid. There are enough people around these boards that take great pleasure kicking folks in the you know what without self deprication doing it for them, if that's how you spell that big word. | mistertibbs
21/5/2007 11:14 | To clear up any confusion (taken from the annual results announcement): 'In October 2006 we acquired a 75% controlling interest in Crown Investments Limited, owners of the Millennium Plaza in Cardiff for £4.6m. This property has an existing annual rental income of £1.8m and the Group fully expects an increase on this return during the year by actively marketing the un-let space that will enhance its potential capital value. The property is currently valued at £30m and there is an option to convert the remaining 25% shareholding into Hawtin shares.' It still looks one hell-of-a-deal! | ansc
21/5/2007 11:08 | I think you may have the millenium bit a wee bit mixed up. The one we bought is in Cardiff, the millenium plazza. Jeeez, you had me thinking there. | mistertibbs
21/5/2007 10:59 | when i tried to buy mine a couple of weeks ago there was only one mm providing a quote and I had to pay 0.5p over the odds for 10grands worth. If volume picks up, then the gains will come. If its thinly traded and not much stock in supply it could explode imho.... | molatovkid |
