19/4/2011 22:31 | Diku peel hunt keeps their buy stance and target of 75p. Marketing and communications services group Hasgrove successfully replaced lost public sector revenues in 2010 and is confident of further sales growth in 2011 on the strength of a bulging pipeline. Turnover in 2010 rose 9.3% to £35.4m from £32.4m the year before. Headline pre-tax profit climbed 40% to £2.1m from £1.5m in 2009. The dividend has been maintained at 0.5p. Net debt at the end of 2010 had risen to 6.7m from £6.5m at the end of 2009. "The progress made in 2010 is continuing into 2011 with encouraging contract wins and a strong new business pipeline. There is a significant opportunity for growth in digital, where we are already well positioned," said Rod Hyde, group chief executive. Broker Peel Hunt said revenue exceeded its forecast by 5% but profit before tax came in 7% below the broker's number, "reflecting the impact of the timing of client wins and the speed of public sector cuts" in the second half. Peel Hunt is sticking with its 2011 and 2012 forecasts. "Our recommendation remains Buy with a target price of 75p. At this level the shares will trade on a PER [price earnings ratio] for 2012 of 5.5x," the broker said | battlebus2

19/4/2011 08:40 | I also thought results are a lot better than expected under the circumtances...parti Results like this & the price is marked down with hardly any volume going through suggest the board has a completely different kind of problem... | diku
19/4/2011 08:06 | Diku the results imv are much better than i expected with turnover and profit up. A yuear of progress and further to come should see these at 80p mid term so i'll be adding more. | battlebus2

11/4/2011 17:22 | Amaze is becoming a very important part of the company with new products to help revenue growth. | battlebus2
11/4/2011 11:20 | Looks like they got the RNS release fever now!...I am not a tech person so today's RNS sounds all gooble-dighook to me!!.... | diku

06/4/2011 19:28 | forecast eps is 11 p so pe 5 (but £1m in exceptional costs to come). Very cheap on fundamentals, looking forward to results on 19th. | puku
04/4/2011 08:58 | About time the market appreciates HGV...could do with more of these contract news in the public domain via RNS to give a boost to share price... | diku
10/3/2011 12:18 | OK I have faith in you...2012 Olympics feel good factor should benefit media companies likes of HGV... | diku

28/2/2011 13:34 | Trading statement was very positive and the shares should pick up over the coming months as the rating is very low. Still a confident holder. | battlebus2
28/2/2011 13:29 | The delayed contracts cut 0.3m from expected results but stll came in at £3.5 m for a P/e of 5 and probably 4 next year.. Pipeline said to be strong so very cheap on fundamentals. One downside - they still have to pay off earn-outs on past acquisitions, hence low div. but when complete should boost div from free cash flow. I am in at 60 p before the drop and will top up when I have some readies. | puku
17/2/2011 12:23 | hi-- I guess that was what was really disappointing... that the delayed contracts should have boosted this years results, but the broker reduced them too! So I think there is negative sentiment, although it still looks cheap. | cb7
16/2/2011 16:49 | I though most of the delayed contracts have been signed off but could not be reflected at the cut off point for 2010...but will be reflected in the 2011 results..me thinks there is an overhang here that needs to be cleared.. | diku
16/2/2011 16:06 | diku- their recent trading statement said that Q4 was not as expected, with delays to expected orders... (so last years results will be below expectations). Consequently brokers have reduced eps for last year to 10.36 from 11.79. Also this years earnings have also been reduced to 11.9 from 13.36 | cb7
16/2/2011 09:16 | What is going on here?... | diku
26/11/2010 18:07 | Yes for a while anyway. Only going higher imv. | battlebus
26/11/2010 10:49 | There is your 60p on the spike...delayed trade stll not showing... | diku
09/11/2010 18:16 | Heading back to 60p again. | battlebus
09/11/2010 15:57 | This has lagged behind with the media rally... | diku
