According to TD Waterhouse the results will be out on Friday 26th Apr. Awaiting these with great interest, particularly with regard to how they will use all that cash.

Is there a deadline by which HGV have to release full year results? Looks like they will be later this year than in recent years seeing as no notice of results has even been issued yet.

Not me but thought about adding more. Surely a decent buy still even at these levels. Remember DWN a few years ago? Announced they had been approached yet stayed at 4 or 5 p for ages before their next set of results, then ended up getting taken out at 17p or so. Well surely this is one of those fillyaboots and wait kind of situations? I would have loads more but the slight concern is the lack of liquidity.

Got enough for now so will just wait and see.

Last update does indeed mention £19.1 yet broker forecasts are showing £24.1m. The diff may be explained by difference between gross income (company's description of the £19.1m) and revenue (in the analysts f/c). Sometimes revenue numbers for marketing companies are a bit odd (when they book advertising space they count it as revenue for example but all the money goes to the advertising platform).

Revenue in H1 was £12.2m and Chase/Interact delivered £2.5 gross PROFIT (so revenue presumably a fair bit higher).

I think you'll find my £6-7m revenue for remaining biz's is closer to the mark but do your own thinking.

"Amaze achieved revenues of GBP17.3m" according to the Sale RNS.

For the full year the whole business had sales of £22.8m.

So the remaining business has sales of £5.5m last year - they have grown this year to higher than that I believe.

Perhaps I have it wrong but according to the last two releases gross income to 31/12/12 is expected to be £19.1m and income from Amaze for the year is expected to be £17.3m leaving approx £1.8m for the remaining businesses.
