Yes as this deal gets digested the shares will zip north of a pound I think.Wonder if there are any implications for the dividend?!

I like this model of selling land for decent bucks, then re-cycling the cash into income producing assets. No details were given on any uplift to NAV on yesterday's sale, and working out a NAV is not easy.

They certainly look worth north of a quid.

Yes folder - there ought to be a value of shares of less than £1000 that do not need an RNS and then should reported half yearly or yearly.
It is such a waste of management time and money.

Wonder how much the RNS cost the company? Maybe it should have been a consideration for such a minor share purchase. Can't imagine they don't cost something. I guess a finance director would've take that into account.

I think they will tick up when there is a 10-1 swap means about 110p and I think will trade up to 150p from there short term

Turning into somewhat of a damp squib, I had higher hopes. An initial 12 months wait for a 4.3% yield [ bought last Aug ], doesn't even cover the paper loss of my investment at present.
Patience required .

There was an article published in the Investors Chronicle yesterday, commenting on the recent set of results. The overall conclusion was Hold, rather than Buy which is a bit disappointing.
