27/1/2016 19:21 | A final dividend is a racing certainty! Well, as certain as anything can be in this market turmoil. Especially as it has recently been announced that the results will significantly exceed expectations. This is an extract from the Interim Results published in August. "As set out during the equity capital fundraising in the first half, the Board is not proposing an interim dividend be paid, but does expect to pay a final dividend". Fingers crossed. | jezwatson
27/1/2016 11:23 | Is a dividend likely? | folderboy
27/1/2016 10:30 | 19th Feb last year. | tiltonboy

06/1/2016 13:49 | Hmmm, £50k of buys and £3k of sells so far today. No news flow that I can find and the share price is 4% down. Filling a large order or balancing a large sell?? | martinthebrave
06/1/2016 12:42 | Steady buying and the price drops? Large sell in the wings? Have I added? You bet. | folderboy
22/12/2015 17:33 | Christmas shopping? :-8) | freddie ferret
22/12/2015 10:10 | Worth highlighting that the sale is only 150k from a total holding of not far off 9m. A small drop in the ocean and inconsequential. | cfro
22/12/2015 09:43 | Well it's more "significant" in my book that Peel was buying at these levels as recently as July! We'll see. | plunger2
22/12/2015 08:31 | True - but still it seems odd given the positive RNS - and, one assumes, some better idea of how significant is significantly. | folderboy
22/12/2015 08:10 | Members of his family - maybe they need the money? Not a huge amount either. | semper vigilans
22/12/2015 08:02 | Performance likely to be significantly above expectations . . . so the Chairman sells 150,000 ? | folderboy
21/12/2015 12:51 | I'm in as well. We'll await what precisely "signicantly" means. I noted that Peel added to their already large position over the summer; that to me was significant. Q1/2016 should tell all. JMHO | plunger2
21/12/2015 12:45 | Very quiet here, just how i like it! :-) Took advantage of the dip today and added to my holdings. Not an easy company to understand from an accounting perspective, however, clearly they are achieving things above and beyond expectations. | cfro
17/12/2015 09:41 | I've bought in this morning on the back of a strong TS. More research need on my behalf as only just come across this company for the first time. Good to see you here Bigbigdave. | cfro
17/12/2015 08:55 | Yes loaf, but values would be conservative and there are development profits. St. Modwen probably a closer comparative rather than HWG being a pure investment propco. | semper vigilans
17/12/2015 08:13 | Valued at close to £100m above asset value. | loafofbread
17/12/2015 07:55 | 15p today? I could do with some real blue in an otherwise dire portfolio | folderboy
17/12/2015 07:05 | Significantly ahead! | bigbigdave
14/12/2015 15:12 | Down? Ridiculous! | folderboy
14/12/2015 12:27 | The latest land buy shows there is a future in this business after coal | kombimatec
10/12/2015 08:39 | Knowledge of Latin is very limited these days-I'm impressed. Good news I think. | meijiman
10/12/2015 08:17 | Privately educated to boot who? | semper vigilans
09/12/2015 17:16 | Wow you really are semper vigilans! No doubt privately educated to boot! | meijiman
09/12/2015 16:30 | I see Network Rail have pulled out of their proposed concrete sleeper factory at Daw Mill: is that good or bad news? | semper vigilans |
