Not sure how you interpreted my post YP. You said it was a short closing and I asked jokingly if it was yours.

One thing I understand about shorting is people can get their fingers badly burnt.

Not sure if I have ever seen an uncrossing trade in the middle of the day. They usually pop up after trading closes.

Doesn't make sense imv without a crusher and shelter on site, but perhaps later? Personally I still think this will turn out as a nice place to live, rather than some sort of experimental rock dust mine. A doctor owns the farm next door so I very much doubt that she would appreciate rock crushing going on all day long. ATB
