What's more interesting for the company that nobody knows an email contact address for is this, on the 28th December holdings RNS, the following information is given as a contact at the bottom.

I have rung that number many times, (it's in Jersey), and it goes straight to a recorded message and answerphone.

I have left my name and phone number several times and nobody has returned my call, and whenever I ring that number, nobody ever replies, it's always on the answerphone!

If anyone doubts me, feel free to dial it and see for yourself!

I wonder if anymore warrants have been taken up? Last report said there were 11,936,500 warrants outstanding, due to expire 31st May 2017 I believe.

If Edwards holding went to Pershing, then that accounts for 838,334 shares, as it is now 29,561,656 - before: 30,399,990.

With Mitons missing 7,555,220, Hargreaves have gone up by 3,259,625 shares.

That gives a total of 4,097,959 and leaves 1,035,970 shares unaccounted for.

Doesn't necessarily mean Milton have sold out completely.

Because they are no longer a significant shareholder means they don't own more than 3%

They could still hold up to 3.16m shares without being a significant shareholder.

There could also be other shareholders holding millions (up to 3.16) without having to disclose their holdings.


Also there was a discrepancy in the amount of shares held by the Edwards family between what was on the website and what was in RNses.

A number of RNSes , the last being issued on Dec 28th 2016 , indicated that their shareholding had remained stable @ 22,041,000 shares since at least Sept 22nd 2016.

I am 'guessing' Miton sold their holding, looks like Hargreaves purchased half, and perhaps another institution purchased the other half.

Makes sense based on the figures. If the data is correct on the website, then I would expect some holdings RNS's next week.

Miton holding has disappeared & Hargreaves have gone up around 3.3M shares.

Andy - I think your post is addressed to the wrong person. Where have I ever said that I was worried? If you read my post 1778 I said buy on the dips and along you come 2 posts later and repeat my words as if I hadn't written them!

Have you ever heard of boiler rooms? Usually a number of people attack a stock on bulletin boards to drive down the price for a buyer. This stock is illiquid and it would not need more than one or two people. So to answer your question, yes the price can be brought down by negative posts. Or in this case, negative bias and constant repetition. Or haven't you noticed?

One man asking questions on stock BB can't push down the price of a stock, that's ridiculous.

And even if he could (he can't!) why would you be concerned if you are sure of the long term value here?

And anyone already invested could use any dip to top up, because if they deliver here the share price will be much higher, so why would an investor with a long term time frame worry about daily market fluctuations and noise?

GSH - the idea is that he trolls the boards and talks the company down, scaring weak shareholders into selling. Because there is not much free float the price moves a lot on small volume. Then when the price has dropped to a predetermined level he, or whoever he is working for, buys in. After that you won't see him again. Disgraceful really but not much can be done about it. Best thing to do is watch, wait and buy on the dips.

Shouldn't 'The Arapua Fertiliser Project' be renamed the 'Arapua Stonemeal soil remineraliser Project' because that is what it is to be classified as with MAPA ?

Does anyone have any new satellite images of the site, so we can perhaps see the crushing machine and the new bulldoser in action, if they've been bought yet ?

Anyone know what the next catalyst is to move the share price north ?
