Probably fine. That 2010 date must be referring to something other than the last transfer date. Perhaps it is the date Camargo first took title. I don't think Triunfo existed until 2014 anyway. I'm sure there may be perfectly reasonable answers to all of my queries on pH solubility, RV2, AAF, anticipated revenues, etc.

....yes I would imagine that dilution is important. Apparently average Cerrado soil is around ph5 on the ph scale, too acidic for coffee plants. So says on the net that the farmers add lime pellets to raise the ph to the optimum level for coffee plants of ph6 to ph7.5.

So say if the product needs Cerrado soil to be soluble (see RNS 23rd Aug), and the farmers soil has been raised to say ph7 with the lime pellets, would the product be insoluble and therefore ineffective?

So far I don't see this 2.7m of revenue in the next 6 months if this product is only registered as stonemeal with the MAPA, and requires acidic soil to be soluble. Happy to have it all explained to me though. On the plus side I think they probably have more money than I thought because of the warrants.

testing 123 - anyone know how a product intended as a ph soil neutraliser somehow becomes soluble in acidic Cerrado soil that the product has already ph neutralised ?

RNS Aug 2016
' The pH ranged from 6.54 to 6.74 (almost neutral) supporting the products potential as a soil neutralizer as well as remineralised '

Also, just a thought, as the product is ever so slightly acidic, how come it hasn't made itself soluble over the last few million years?

HNY all . says ere....

RNS 23rd Aug 2016
‘For the solubility results, whilst there was little solubility in water or Neutral Ammonium Citrate as expected, the solubility results for both P2O5 and K2O in citric acid (2% concentration), which is very similar to the acidity of the Cerrado soils, are excellent.’

but what if the farmer has added lime to the Cerrado soil to raise the ph so that he/she can grow coffee for example?

article: ’Coffee growing in Brazil’s Cerrado region’
A recent article in the New York Times (Scientists are making Brazil’s savannah bloom), notes that the cerrado “has been transformed in less than a generation into Brazil’s grain belt, thanks to the discovery that soils could be made fertile by dousing them with phosphorus and lime.” Coffee has only been grown here for around 40 years, but the cerrado now supports around 3000 farms, mostly in small holdings.

whl2 - agreed the shares being sold since 23rd are probably those taken in payment.

From the RNS issued on 20th December
...the Company has issued 3,000,000 Shares each to KMINE Holding Ltd and Americas Investments & Participation Limited (the "Consideration Shares").
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of the Consideration Shares and it is expected that Admission will take place at 8 a.m. on 23 December 2016....

So I expect a bit of downside while they are sold into the market but I suspect next year will bring a raft of new contracts which will push the price into the next level - which I see as 30p+.

In my opinion the LOI seems a bit worthless, the AAF environmental license appears to be for non-significant environmental impact (rolling 50kt batches), and the product is to be registered with the MAPA initially as a soil remineraliser rather than as a plant fertiliser. So I think you guys may have trouble getting your money back (but perhaps I'm wrong). Happy New Year.

ps. I wonder if the rolling 50kt batches actually refer to digging up the hillside? Or is that just the amount of whatever material that can be produced on a site ? That would seem more logical to me becuase an AAF license is for ' non-significant environmental impact' (google translated ' ')

Have to say, a disappointing end, price wise, to a month which provided so much good news. I'm still of the opinion that most of yesterdays and todays trades are mainly from the new issue of shares as they are not long term investors and will be happy to have cash now for their existing businesses. Very optimistic we will receive good press in the next month and hopefully get us going again. In for the long haul and will definitely add next month when funds permit if they are still at these prices. Happy New Year to all holders.

A bit of selling into the news this morning but a good RNS to round off a very successful year. Well done McMaster. To everyone may I wish you a happy and prosperous new year.

kreature -
a) hopefully lots for each tomato and
b) leave it as rock, thousands of years. Crush it to powder and it's absorbed immediately

1.23% to 5.93% P2O5? how much material would you have to put on your tomatoes, and how long would it take for the rock to become soluble?

I think you are reading too much in to it. The CEO in closing was thanking all for their help throughout the year hence inclusion in this RNS and not others.

I was reading this research note from Whitman-Howard from 25th October 2016 and noted the following:

"The cost of fertiliser transport to Brazil and import taxes mean that although global
prices are currently depressed, they are still very high to Brazilian consumers.
Currently benchmark Potash as K60 is around $220/tonne ($/t) and Phosphate rock
(Phosrock-33% P₂O₅) is about $130/t, however locally in Cerrado Mineiro where
Arapuá is located, K60 is currently the Brazilian real equivalent of $468.75/t and
Phosrock is $312.50/t."

Locally, around where Arapua is located, phosphate rock goes for $312.50/t (possibly more now since the increase in the USD - although I am certainly not counting on that maintaining it's upward trajectory, down seems more likely). Harvest are selling their rock for $60. Surely there has to be some upside to that price once they get established?

Drilling results as expected and mineralisation continuing across the full area, should be more than enough to at least double the resource.
Nothing mentioned about the kimberlite so no diamonds unfortunately.

Happy New Year to all holders.

2017 likely opens with a significant increase on NAV in early Jan and confirmation of first production completion shortly after.

Should be a good one.
