Oh look, Andy's back and talking about placings again. There's a surprise.
He'll probably insinuate that the permit & LOI news was 'murky' in a bit.

Wasn't around yesterday to share in the good news, I notice.

I'd go along with that as long as shareholders were included in the placing

---

It doesn't work that way on the AIM, you should know that.

The favoured few get the discounted placing shares, and the loyal shareholders get diluted, that's the AIM model, and ensures the city always wins at the expense of long term holders.

Clarification - I'm Not saying HMI are going to have a placing, (though it wouldn't surprise me!) I'm just talking in general terms about why the AIM is rigged in favour of the city, it's a mechanism for transferring wealth from PI's to the city, all IMO of course.

I think Verde would have had a product to sell by now, if there were any value in the area. Verde appear to have been in development since 2005

How come the new customer Paulo Veloso doesn't just buy fertilizer direct from Cristiano Veloso at Verde Agritech down the road ?

Haha no I just just have a bit more time on my hands at this time of year and thought I'd take a peek. Glad to see you are keeping a check on me for posterity. Keep up the good work and one of these days you might get something right.

Oh goodness me why don't you shut up?

Hey by the way troll, are you one of those poor sods who lost a packet trying to short and forward sold the previous placing that was cancelled at the last minute? Yes I get it now, LOL

I wouldn't bet against a heavily discounted bucket shop placing tomorrow or next week. This is AIM, and that is an uncertified field of mud imv. GL though.

Soul - a clever troll would not keep going on about the same thing when he has been proved wrong on so many counts. A clever troll would accept defeat gracefully and come back again in a couple of years and try to short it when the company has a couple of billion dollars market cap, not just $23m purleeese!

I agree that if Brian McMasters isn't happy with his contractor and wants to go it alone then they will need some funding. But as far as I am aware he is content to go with the original idea - paying them for excavating the stuff at probably $5/tonne, add storage and transport costs a total of c.$7/tonne and no plant to worry about, no construction staff worries, no vehicles. Why complicate things? Maybe further down the line when they have some cash they could consider it as that would reduce risk but for now, especially as they have this coffee producer buying up to 45k tonnes, I would sit tight and ride out the trial permit using a contractor. Now if they started coming in with multiple buyers that would be a different matter!

As Charles Clore knows I am no fan of dilutions for the sake of diluting, however I think now they could get one away very easily for 19p and raise enough for expansion and acquisitions which is only going to enhance the company.
So what if they raise some money now this is only going to grow from here.

See the troll has been expecting nothing but delay and bad news and a raising sub 10p. He has been wrong on all fronts but still he can't let it go.

Why are the time stamps so mixed up on today's trades ? I've never seen such mixed up time stamps! Is it an attempted to hide forward-selling before a placing ? If there's going to be a bucket-shop placing, wouldn't it be best to get it out of the way tomorrow, as momentum is good, and there's 100k bill to pay on 31st? ATB

Perhaps this is a clue on timing for the big day :

'In the meantime, we should receive the remaining drill results from the second drilling programme at Maximus before the end of the year, which should enable us to increase the size of the current resource to support an increased mine life and production rate."'
