barnsey,

"these are not really facts but it is all we have to go on."

Well said, and quite right,IMO.

People here are making optimistic assumptions, (as shareholders naturally do) which can be quite dangerous with AIM listed companies!

Once they have all the permissions to trial mine, the next objective is to find some customers for the product, so assuming 80 million may be presumptuous, it may take some time to build up to.

4 20 80 Who cares the point we are making is we will be able to pay the 1m
which some were trying to suggest we would run out of funds and not be able
to pay.
To say exactly what revenue and profits will be even the company at this stage
could not tell us but Brian who is the CEO is on record saying 400,000 tons
per year at mid price well do the maths so i suggest you do the maths but bare
in mind even these are not really facts but it is all we have to go on.

Just testing the defences here. They seem a bit sensitive. Usually a red flag imv. Hopefully good news tomorrow though. I have no position here yet by the way - ATB

The information is available if you take the time, may i suggest you
e-mail the company.
Hearsay, yes you are an expert on that i notice but misleading others
well lets say you need more practice.
My advice to all who look in on this message board please listen to the company
and no one else.
How refreshing to find a young company at the start of there expansion with a
truly exciting future and how sad that some would seek to damage that company and drive the share price down for there gains, ban shorting and rid us of the likes
of some on this and many other message boards.

barney, that's hearsay form wabi-sabi. That is not confirmation from the company. Try not to mislead other readers. Thanks.

for sure the guy waiting for 1m dollars will see $80m as 'commercial'

Does anyone know for certain that "trial mining" does not constitute "commercial production"?

If you are selling the product, in volume, to customers, surely that's a commercial transaction?

Just my thoughts, happy for someone that knows for certain to correct me, hearsay doesn't count, it has to come directly from the company.

so 80m revenue, and it's only a trial ? yep that makes sense. RV2 can sit and watch the money pour in in the hope of getting 1m in 4 years - Hopefully some clarity tomorrow

HMI have had £450,000 in cash from their warrants since the end of June. And there are 11.9m warrants outstanding which are worth £1m, and I reckon that, out of those the Edwards family have scooped up 10m, but this remains to be seen.

Lets be clear on this and get our facts right, trial mining does not constitute
commercial production so the $1m does not require paying and remember the trial
mining licence is for four years.
Please note four years at 20m profit = 80m so we should be in a position to pay
the 1m so please give it a rest your wasting your time.

ypy. thanks for that. I like the fact that they are open about the possibility of other projects (that might need funding?). BM asked rather directly about funding at 1:00

Stick to the facts!

kreature, you want to short so go ahead punk, my our day!

I like to see both sides of the coin but constant drivel from likes of your self does not garnish me with anything!

This company is going places and lets see what meat with get on the RNS!

ypy - feel free to correct....

net loss last year was $2.8m , divided by 12 is around $233k p/m

cash at 30th June 2016 was around $2.7m

less July, Aug, Sept, Oct & Nov at possibly around $200k p/m ? (i.e. $1m )

less the $1m to be paid on commencement of the project

= probably less than 6 months cash by end of Nov

Probably more cash than I thought..... but with possibly less than 6 months cash and with all the promotion, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Placing, around about nowish.

Oh okay found it RNS Sept 2016

" A total payment of US$1,000,000 at the commencement of commercial production"

So is that $1m to pay, perhaps leaving $800k in the bank (£640k) ?
