The market value at the date of exercise was GBP13.11. No new shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of the share options.

Mr Worle has advised that he subsequently sold a total of 9,829 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of GBP13.11 per share on 5(th) October 2016. This sale was solely made to meet the cost of the taxation arising on their exercise and the transactions result in an overall increase in Mr Worle's holding in the Company. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0021% of the ordinary shares in issue. Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Mr Worle (including his connected persons) is 50,676 ordinary shares representing 0.01% of the ordinary shares in issue.
