Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchase
Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the investor in UK and continental European real estate, announces that it was notified by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of The Hansteen Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 30 June 2017, the Trust completed the purchase of 600,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at an average share price of 124.79p per share.
The Trust holds shares for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the executive directors of the Company, and in particular for the satisfying of awards made under the Company's share schemes.
The Trust now holds 1,200,000 ordinary shares representing 0.16% of the Company's current voting rights.
