A conditional award of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the "Award") was granted to Jean-Philippe Mouton, an Executive Director on 2 April 2013 under the Hammerson plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

On 9 May 2017 the Award vested in the amount shown in the table below, following the assessment of the performance conditions.
