HADRIAN'S WALL SECURED INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALING
The Company was notified today that, Mr David Warr, Mr John Falla, Mr Nigel Ward and Mr Paul Craig, each a Director of the Company, were allotted 7,500 C shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("C Shares") at a price of 100 pence per C Share. As detailed in the Prospectus published by the Company on 2 May 2017 (the "Prospectus"), the allotment of the C Shares is in respect of an additional fee of GBP7,500 paid to each Director in consideration of their services in connection with the Issue, following aggregate gross proceeds of the Initial Offer and the Initial Placing exceeding GBP40 million.
Furthermore, Mr David Warr subscribed for and was allotted a further 100,000 C Shares under the Initial Offer.
This announcement relates to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with Article 19(1)(a) of the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014) ("MAR") and is given in fulfilment of the obligation under Article 19(3) of MAR.
