12/11/2020 18:52 | Pensioner so far as I know the Kozel FAMILY hold a substantial number of shares. Surely the Doggie wont be buying shares in a company like GKP that he tries to trash 24/7 ? In any case he lost all his cash last time by believing a car parts salesman. LOL | highlander7

12/11/2020 17:43 | BasNews English @EnglishBasNews · 3h Kurdish prominent leader and the president of Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, has reacted to the Iraqi parliament’s passing of the controversial Deficit Law without the Kurds, saying it was a backstab to the Kurdistan Region. #TwitterKurds ERBIL - Kurdistan Region Presidency has expressed strong concerns over the Iraqi parliament's passing of the controversial Deficit Law, "without considering the principles of partnership, consensus, and balance." Shia and Sunni factions at the Iraqi parliament passed the Deficit Law on Thursday morning, in which article 5 (2) obliged the federal government to cut 320 billion Iraqi dinar budget share for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), despite a previous agreement between Erbil and Baghdad in this regard. Based on the newly amended law, Erbil is expected to submit its entire oil, as well as non-oil revenues, to Baghdad in return for the partial budget share, while it cannot even cover the salaries of the public servants. The Kurdistan Presidency said in a statement that it is strongly concerned over the issue, adding that it would spare no efforts to defend the rights and entitlements of the people of Kurdistan Region, and thanking the Kurdish representatives in Baghdad to have stayed united in this regard. According to the statement, the three presidencies, relevant authorities, and Kurdish representatives at the Iraqi parliament, will hold a meeting to discuss the matter and find a solution. | nestoframpers

12/11/2020 16:23 | Re the much-trumpeted Matrix contribution. Stafford’s statement is true (fluids will be contributed by the Matrix once fracture pressures fall enough) the contribution, though pressure driven, will be governed not only by the porosity but by the permeability (…and the temperature, viscosity, pressure, pressure difference to the fractures, how rapidly those tiny flow paths clog up, etc.). In respect of the Cretaceous intervals, ERCE said: “Matrix porosity is generally in the range from 0% to 22% with permeability generally ranging between <0.01 and 50md.” In view of the Cretaceous oil viscosity, that 50md permeability will almost certainly not be enough to flow commercially and will require additional help / enhanced recovery measures. In respect of the Jurassic, they said: “Matrix porosity generally ranges from 0% to 15% with permeability from cores varying between <0.01 and 1md, with occasional intervals up to 700md.” Re the Jurassic intervals at Shaikan, rock permeability of <0.01 md will not flow without significant additional measures. Permeability of 1md is very tight – and will not be commercially exploitable without further stimulation / fracturing / enhanced recovery measures. Those “occasional The Triassic intervals are anyone’s guess at this time... | broadford bay
