And this is the whole point...whatever Tony Bateaux Trois; Mutley & friends come up with as a negative spin on GKP they cannot counteract why the USAs & Swiss largest financial institutions keep accumulating GKP. It's not rocket science is it, who do you believe...a man bragging about 3 boat ownership; a few old cars & a couple of scuba tanks of oxygen or multi billion or even trillion pound institutions ;-)

I keep reading on here about off market buybacks along with numbers and percentages divi increases etc etc.
I understand what market buybacks are and how it works but, who says this is actually happening ?
Is this actually happening now as we speak or is it wishful thinking ? because I have not seen anything to suggest this is actually happening as we speak.

PS : I'm fully invested here and hold quite a few and I want GKP to go on and do great things like the rest of us.

Urals.

I'll reword it.

If this off market buyback is off market then presumably we won't see it happening and won't know about it until it's RNS'd.

In which case these large buys such as the 327k and 195k that we do see and which are not part of the "Share Buyback Programme" are something else.

Maybe just people buying large chunks of shares.

Is that correct.

So if that 195,000 at 1247hrs wasn't bought by PH/CANA for the buy back then who did buy it.

China, Urals, Pensioner?

It was by far the biggest trade of the day and sticks out like a sore thumb.

Once the Initial Amount is completed (or timeframe for the Initial Amount expired) the Company expects to provide further instruction to the Brokers for the purchase of the balance of the Buyback Programme.15m is completed :) if nothing was intended to change then further instructions would not be necessary, nor the program split 15m then 10mSo what will change us that by dint of an off mkt major buyin the shares in issue, will decline a lot, its just how many, TBC

Hey Chinese, perhaps it's the MNR buying back the 20% that you reckon they gave to the company for free:-)

You don't think there's a fiendish plot afoot to take the company private do you?

Did you notice how well DNO are progressing? The MNR have 20% there:-)
