Or if sold.....55 m bought in and cancelled increases the amount remaining shareholders receive from £3.60 per $1bn sale consideration paid to £ 4.80110m from £3.60 to £7.20So either way what's not too like?

If both GKP , round 1/2 mill, and pretty much finished the first 15m.So news shortly.A much larger out of market pre arranged buyback imo 50- 100 m shares more the better

Gulf Keystone confirms that a gross payment of $25.6 million ($20.0 million net to GKP) has been received from the Kurdistan Regional Government for Shaikan crude oil sales during May 2019.

GKP previously unveiled the findings of a separate third party assessment of Shaikan. The study was carried out by a more widely known and respected industry group, Ryder Scott. It was broadly comparable to Gulf Keystones own estimates and as such it reinforced the potential size of the world class Shaikan oil discovery.
