16/5/2019 20:10 | I note that the above poster has yet again proved he is clueless and delusional. But he does amuse a few of us more informed posters with their desperate misguided views:-) | bigdog5
16/5/2019 19:42 | Well, the share price seems to remain unaffected by ANY short term delays or the usual sort of operating difficulties one would expect to find on a very large oilfield. Which would tend to suggest that nobody except the trolls posting on here deem the usual problems encountered in developing such a field to be much of an issue. Those in the wider know (not the pretend one) appear to be OK with how things are progressing, they are not selling. All you have to do to subsantiate this opinion is to put up on your screen the GKP chart against the POO chart for the last few years. Pretty much the same, aren't they. | frenchybannedme

16/5/2019 16:51 | Gazprom Neft produces its two-millionth ton of oil in Kurdistan, Iraq 5/16/2019 null Sarqala field in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Photo: Gazprom Neft. MOSCOW -- Gazprom Neft subsidiary Gazprom Neft Middle East B.V. has produced its two-millionth ton of oil since starting commercial production at its Sarqala field in the Kurdsitan Region of Iraq. Sarqala field in the Kurdsitan Region of Iraq First oil was obtained at the Garmian block, which includes the Sarqala field, in 2011. Commercial oil shipments commenced in 2015, with the commissioning of the Sarqala-1 well. The second production well was launched in 2018. A third well, with production capacity of 12,000 bopd, has now gone into operation at the field — the launch of which has seen total daily production volumes increase by 25%, reaching 35,000 bbl. Total cumulative production at the field now stands at two million tons, or more than 15 MMbbl of oil since the start of commercial production four years ago. Field infrastructure has seen considerable expansion throughout this asset’s development, with a new high- and low-pressure separation processing line constructed here, together with two 17,000-barrel-capaci Gazprom Neft Middle East B.V. CEO Sergei Petrov commented, “The production of the two-millionth ton of oil at Sarqala marks a significant point in developing this important and promising asset. We’ve made great strides in our four years’ working at the Garmian block, commissioning three wells and putting in place cutting-edge and highly developed infrastructure. In moving into a new phase in developing this field we already have detailed information on the geological characteristics of the region. This means we will, very shortly, be able to determine the direction of the further development of this asset in the Middle | beernut

16/5/2019 13:45 | Thanks Broadford, I've been reading the bb just not posting. I've looked at the Chinese one's spamming and it's pure bull kaka but consistent with all his other views under multi nicknames that have amounted to zero. As we can see and consistent with what a few of us have been stating since the great wipe out of 2016 (due imho to the incompetence of those still at the company and troughing but not in power) the hyped plans that continually alter due to non delivery are again going backwards. The divi that was "forced" on the company due to one of their main backers dumping shares is unlikely to keep the Insti's fully invested. Another issue to consider is how long the rigs are contracted for and how many new wells/workovers can be drilled within that period. The huge delays already evident will obviously affect the timeline which looks to be slipping into 2H 2020. Highlander7 still pumping out his worthless opinions lol. Another poster that's got nothing correct over the years:-) | bigdog5

16/5/2019 10:05 | Good morning mac, re the Slurryman... You missed this gem he posted earlier yesterday: "...Whether anyone believes anything I say is of course up to them. All I will say it is based on 50 yrs experience in the O&G Industry including 10 yrs in Offshore Drilling in my younger days. If you prefer to listen to agenda driven trolls - be my guest," Bigdog - good to see you back! | broadford bay |
