Bermuda rules regards reg cos that do business and are listed in Bermuda, not all same as co registered there , listed elsewhere, doing business elsewhere.I don't know if it applies or not.We do know over a third if co equity is in hands that haven't disclosed Buyer? GKP proxy / subsidiary? Peel/Pareto/Citibank?

But you yourself stated you trade it, selling at the top, buying at the bottom?
Why would the share price go down on what % retail own?
I merely pointed out Paul was lying again and trying to create more takeover fantasy, believe it or not fantasy takeovers don't make you money.
I won on gkp- as per posts of mine on lse in the pump and dump era.
But I will see how the story ends, but correct, I will not invest here.
