Lovin' the concept of a fusion of Rumpold and Oxbridge don. Good idea but not quite there yet with the delivery. Needs more conviction. Strasberg may be able to help; I think the avatar High Resolution found him useful.

I would love to be the barrister on this case.

It wouldn't last much further than my opening statement.

If someone threatens to beat your head in

and you continue to chat merrily along on

a bulletin board, to and fro.

Then expect the LAW to consider that,

YOU DIDN'T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.

I think most here laugh at the notion of any serious police investigation. Just bitter losers with no where else to vent their frustration. Anyway that aside 1p or less is surely on the way, why is that? Oh yes, no offers, humongous debts, one trick tinpot pony with no negotiating leverage, and a lot more to boot, oh well.

Nobody will learn what the Police are doing by asking questions like that.

Or indeed by any other questions.

If there is no VALID DEFENCE how do you plan to get away with it?

Hilarious!

cutthecagain does not grasp the Criminal Law.

There is NO VALID DEFENCE against Criminal Harassment and Malicious Communications. Let alone against threats of violence.

I warned on here: read the CPS guidelines to the Police on this. But my warning was ignored.

The status of the police investigations is irrelevant until someone gets a knock on the door

At which point persons are going to have to explain why they said what they did

And present their own evidence

IMO this one is going to boomerang right back at you, if it ever gets off the ground.

Still what's the saying, there's no fool like an old fool.

Good luck :)

We shall move onto the topic of Crestal Energy.

And what they have been attempting to do.

And John Stafford the VP Operations of GKP.

But not yet.

You won't find out the status of the Police investigations, or what they are currently doing, by referring to an unsound "my bicycle was stolen" analogue.

I reported that my bicycle had been stolen.

The Police immediately opened an investigation.

Normal.

Has anyone been questioned about it......thought not.

It always amazes me that some people think that by dropping in the odd foreign phrase (such as en masse) makes them appear more intelligent than they actually are. They should either write everything in English, or everything in a foreign language (for instance French). Mixing the two makes them look like bell ends of the utmost order.

When you tell everyone to email the company en masse and ADVFN en masse

Is it reasonable to assume that you tell everyone to report to the police en masse?

It's a very dangerous game you're playing here IMO, numerous of your opposition have amassed substantial evidence. You and your cohorts have goaded for a reaction and if you get one - you report it and claim to be victim.

Unfortunately your trail of behaviour is widely documented and extends to investors previous to this one, would you call it a COURSE OF ACTION?

THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE NO EXCUSE

Cutthecagain

do you still have my personal details on you posting history, or have you done the right thing and removed them?
The fact that my details & photo are up here INVOLUNTARILY/ WITHOUT MY CONSENT potentially exposes me to identity theft & therefore fraud, not mentioning the violent and devious people we know (and see), operate on these boards.
That's a serious invasion of privacy, and should be covered under the Human Rights Act as below.

"The Human Rights Act 1998 enacts the European Convention on Human rights in domestic law. This allows people to enforce their rights under European law without having to bring the case in the European Court of Human Rights.
The Human Rights Act gives people a right to privacy and family life and also states that judges must make every decision in every case which regards any piece of legislation, with a view to the Human Rights Act. This means that judges must decide in accordance with the Human Rights Act if possible, even if it is not the piece of legislation they are considering at the time."

WILL IT BE A PRIVATE PROSECUTION

Will you want the expense of a legal team spending hours and hours going over thousands of emails, phone records, blogs etc. and dragging your co-conspiritors into the dock.

WILL IT BE A CIVIL PROSECUTION

Likewise, will the Crown Prosecution Service want to fork out the tax payers money to pursue such a fiasco, where the kettle is calling the pot black. Would it be in the publics interest ?

I DON'T THINK SO.
