Buyers returning to catch both the rise in the share price after falling back from 80p(offer price) and the dividend the BoD will announcement in June's Annual Report, which will reflect the FY results, whilst maintaining its continuing growth prospects.

With a broker's forecast of a div cover of x6.16 & 6.6 this year and in 2016 respectively, a further rise in Eps in both years and the company stating it would increase this year's div from 1.8p; at the current sp, we could be looking at a div worth circa 3-4%. However, as we approach and arrive on the day of the Prelims being announced, I expect the share price to recover significantly from its recent falls.

I am back in @ 60p. Morningstar Premium Service has given a confirmation that the Prelims will be announced on the 29 March. Given the the offer topped 85p on the 9/2, and the recent un-audited prelims were very good, with news of an increased dividend being made, buying now could see a quick return of 30% in just 6 weeks.

A nasty drop today on poor figures coming out of China. No point in catching a falling knife; so I shall wait to see if the share price settles.

Worth a read, as GTS is the latest in a long line of companies, many of which saw decent gains early on, but ended in disaster for shareholders boards.fool.co.uk/china-companies-on-aim-part-6-13277015.aspx Is GTS the exception to the rule?

I'm looking at these very closely, the very thing that puts me off is the company is based in china. Is it Worth the risk?

Excellent update on FY results, with an added bonus of an increased dividend. Definitely under the radar of small investors, not that there are many shares in free float, given that 97% already in major holders hands.

At just over 59p, the bid has dipped a couple of pence. The update could well solve that small problem.

China GDP 6.9%,second only to India. Focus on domestic consumption and falling oil prices could be a big boost for the likes of GTS -producer of goods for the home market.

Today's is the largest buy that I've seen on here. Looks like they paid over the Offer price.....by some margin. Next update in about two weeks I think so should be interesting.

We should get an update early next month in advance of the Prelims in May. The latest news on China producing a very significant increase in exports could prove useful to GTS, given its construction of an additional lubricating oils production line.

Latest broker's forecast for 2015 & 2016 shows dividend of 2p & 2.1p, dividend cover, of x3.13 & 3.33, and P/E of 6.16 & 6.6,respectively.

The 'offer' is now where I came in. Another of the 3k buys that appear from time to time could easily take it notably over 60p. The only problems I see with GTS is the large spread and being under the radar of most P.I.. However that could all change with an airing of the update next month,the FY results and the dividend, that follows. Patience will be rewarded.

And again today! Although the buy was a bit smaller than last times it seems to have reflected a higher buy price.
