26/1/2017 07:53 | Agree that fundamentals are accelerating at a pace in zinc miner's favour. Licence would really give this a boost! Difficult to oppose 60p in near future. | ewads
25/1/2017 22:13 | Lots of zinc will go into the Wall. LME zinc stocks seem to be falling at a faster pace now. Hope every day now for a sharp move up in GFM share price through the 55p resistance but I do question if the licence will ever be forthcoming! | bunlop
24/1/2017 15:20 | Production undershot demand in November for both zinc and lead. Zinc stock on LME turning south as you would expect in an oncoming shortage. file:///C:/Users/Use | mariopeter
20/1/2017 08:25 | Does Griffin export? I thought China restricted exports of zinc. Anyway, they sell concentrate to local smelters rather than deal in the metal. I think the currency the debt is denominated in might be more important. The metal is priced in dollars on the world market, so a devaluation would make it "worth" more in Chinese money, but when that is converted back to dollars or pounds for the balance sheet, it will be a wash. Maybe bring down local costs in dollar terms? | rose_by_another_name
20/1/2017 02:14 | Next week could see some Chinese fireworks in the financial markets, after China bites the bullet and devalues the Yuan by 35%; - maybe good news for exporters like GFM ? | colinvest
18/1/2017 14:58 | The longer the share price stays at 55p, the greater the leap out from this resistance level. Should be well worth waiting for ! | colinvest
18/1/2017 11:10 | A concerted Flurry of buys just then........ | up just a little bit
13/1/2017 10:47 | What was all that about? | up just a little bit
11/1/2017 12:38 | After several weeks of consolidation in the 53-55p area, GFM may have awakened from its hibernation, with green SAR's appearing on most time-frames on the chart, to indicate a re-rating of the shares. Up 0.75p this morning on increased volume, this small step in the share price could herald a giant leap for faithful followers !! | colinvest
10/1/2017 13:12 | Price of Zinc on the move up again. | bunlop
19/12/2016 22:44 | zinc price was 70 cent last dec now 1.17 griffin is probably going to hit 20k ton approx 17.5mil pounds at 1.1dlrs nearly 19mil dlrs gold silver and lead also approx 13 mil dlrs thats 32 deduct costs of 15 mil i think its profitable all just guessing of course debt to be paid so next results should be very informative | trawl

07/12/2016 12:12 | the more important metal as regards griffin is zinc it has gone from 70c to mid 120 thats a 60% increase in a year with increased production and expansion costs at an end it looks positive | trawl

07/12/2016 09:37 | Trump has said he is going to abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and put the USA back on the gold standard. If he does (and who knows?), I would expect the price of gold to be affected, but how? Would China try to turn in their dollar debt for bullion? Would the dollar rise in value, making gold cheaper in dollar terms? Would other currencies be forced to follow suit? Would the pound be sterling again? | rose_by_another_name
02/12/2016 08:36 | Historically, the directors have exercised the options and sold the shares right away. | rose_by_another_name
