Proposal for Change of Name and Notice of General Meeting

Further to its announcement on 5 October 2016, Gresham Computing plc (LSE: "GHT", the "Company"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, announces that notice of a general meeting ("General Meeting") to approve a change of name of the Company to Gresham Technologies plc has been posted to shareholders, together with a proxy form for use in connection with the General Meeting.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Thursday 17 November 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Copies of the notice of General Meeting and proxy form will shortly be published on the Company's website at www.gresham-computing.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the notice of General Meeting and proxy form will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
