Sp up 13.2p already today to 274, I can see this going past year high of 300p on the great results and forecast for 2015.

As expected great set of results, 2014 full year profits up 11.4% at £82.9m.

Strong forward looking statement for progress in 2015 as well as news of a west coast facility opening up in the US to compleat east coast facility. US revenue is going to crank up year on year.

Sfox1 so you've obviously opened a short and you are just spouting scaremongering phrases hoping to try and shake some Pi's into panic selling.

Finals for Greencore are being issued on Tuesday 25th November 2014, lets see if there will be good news. FWIW I believe the Share price is likely to start rising at the end of this week and into next week and then depending on the level of profits reported the share price will either go up or down.

I don't know if ppl are aware GNC very recently lost a contract to morrisons were they prepared quiches ..it's a major contract others could be lost has big 4 fight lidl. .also waitrose contract could go to ..this will hit gnc earnings

Not pretty but 400k + trade after the bell. Assume it was a buy and this was a pretty strong shake in a weak market.If I'm wrong then will stoically swallow the pill but really like this company and if had big spare cash I would be a big buyer at 240.

The announcement by Wellington LLP that they have over 5% means the key institutional holders have control of over 30% of the shares. This could make it a target for M&A especially with tax benefits. IMHO.
