FINAL DIVIDEND SCRIP DIVIDEND OFFER FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 SEPTEMBER 2017
Greencore announces that the price of a new Ordinary Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Dividend Offer for the financial year ended 29 September 2017 will be GBP2.17. As the cash dividend is 3.37 pence per Ordinary Share, the entitlement will be one new Ordinary Share for every 81 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one new Ordinary Share for every 65 Ordinary Shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
