Green Compliance becomes an approved supplier to industry lead body – the Car Wash Association


As part of our commitment to improving understanding and compliance with Water
Hygiene and Treatment standards, Green Compliance are delighted to announce that we have become an approved supplier to the Car Wash Association.


With the revision of the ACoP (L8) and the release of HSG 274 the scope of compliance has been increased and many systems previously not, explicitly, included have come within the terms of reference of this latest guidance. Car and Vehicle washes are two areas to which particular focus has been directed within this most recent revision.

Working with the association moving forward Green Compliance will be offering member discounts and incentives as well as providing news and educational updates for the Association membership.

The team at Green Compliance very much looks forward to building a strong and exciting presence within this important sector in partnership with the Car Wash Association.

New UK M&E Director Promotion


To support our customers and our own team we are pleased to be able to confirm that Mark Hodgkins has been appointed to the role of UK M&E Director.

The recent revision of the ACoP (L8) and the increasing sophistication of many customers approach to the management of their water hygiene and treatment needs has meant that as a professional water company, Green Compliance, have to provide ever more expert advice when required. The appointment of Mark to this role demonstrates our commitment to meeting these client needs and to developing our position as a professional supplier of choice across the UK for water hygiene and treatment.

With over 10 year experience in the building, installing and commissioning of large ultrapure cooling systems all over the world for companies such as Siemens & GEC Mark joined the water treatment industry in 1996. Combining engineering, design and project management experience in his time with Green Compliance, Mark is well placed to support our current and new client demands moving forward.

We are especially delighted to be able to promote Mark to this exciting role from within our own team.

Caroline Strudley has joined Green Compliance as a Bid Manager to take ownership of the PQQ/ITT process across our organisation. Caroline joins the team from Integral UK Limited, a leading facilities management company and has 18 years' experience of producing bids, ensuring compliance with prospective customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition.

picked up another 240,000 @ 1.75 today, it was a buy not a sell as shown. Happy to keep picking up stock under 2p ahead of results in june which i hope will show a small profit and £ 3.5 million +, cash in the bank.Growing revenues and better margins set us up nicely for next 12 months, in truth this years finals will not show us the whole picture we will have to wait for the following intrims for that,but they do seem to be heading in the right direction. That 15% drop the other day was very handy. Good luck all GCO holders

This is taken from the company website presentation in 2011.

It is simply an indication of what we might expect going forward and with a pure focus on water I don't see any reason why this business could not grow very rapidly.
