Let me tell you Le0nard. I have 1.7 million of these and no matter how hard the MM,s blow to try and dislodge them from me, the more determined I am to keep them. Now if they were to offer a realistic price, then who knows.

Z, having been caught in the past I agree with you regarding trading. I've been taking some profit on the way up. Took a little yesterday agsin but didn't reset a stop loss because I forgot. That wasn't skill but bad on my part but very lucky today. Didn't see this large drop coming thought there may have been a little breathing space retraction but not a big drop. Got used to it going up. :-)Zoo

RE: TR1

Here are the rules relating to TR1 notifications striaght from the FCA website.

Aperson must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights:

(1) reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a non-UK issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) as a result of an acquisition or disposal of shares or financial instruments falling within DTR 5.3.1 R; or
(2) reaches, exceeds or falls below an applicable threshold in (1) as a result of events changing the breakdown of voting rights and on the basis of information disclosed by the issuer in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 Rand DTR 5.6.1A R;
and in the case of an issuer which is not incorporated in an EEA State a notification under (2) must be made on the basis of equivalent events and disclosed information.

I`m pretty sure that if you are an overseas investor, then you dont have to declare your position until you have crossed the 5% holding. Please correct me if im wrong.

It might pay to trade a major stock, but experience has taught me that with a rising minnow like GGP, the most profitable course of action is to just keep buying the dips. So yes I did indeed buy down into the very lowest price of this morning's dip, but only to top up my holding mind, not to come on here bragging lol.

I've sold nothing. Why? Because I don't believe GGP is fully valued yet. Do you?

Always pays to trade. I sold 150k SVE shares yesterday (228k GGP shares by virtue of their 85m holding) at 6.81p and bought them back today at 5.6975p!

"Be funny if this ended the day blue."

Indeed, and even more funny would then be hearing from some people who'll say that they bought back in at exactly the lowest price reached today too! ;-)
