You certainly couldn't categorise it as a 'collapse'In my opinion the placing at 1.6p, irritating though it was, has put a floor under the share price

If the mm's are bidding over mid price for stock I can only see it going up with a few shakes along the way.

All I know is, that down here 'near' the placing price... if I had free funds right now.... I would be BUYING.However, GVC needs my support right now, due to an impending trading update, and dividend announcement. There's not much on the markets I see as a BUY right now, but I believe GVC and GWMO are.

The next news WILL BE.....

RNS TOMORROW - 4.6MM shares on market from 1.75 Warrants... Beaufort will have had to of flipped them or they will be making a potential loss of circa £4.6k at current price!!

RNS Friday - 92MM shares on market at 1.25..
Based on current price the advfn MCap will show as circa £8.2MM

RNS next Thursday 94MM shares on market at 1.6..
Based on current price the advfn MCap will show as circa £9.7MM

That is a hell of a difference from the companies MCap from Beginning of June of £1.6MM

Now the company has an updated Jorc compliant project and just over £3MM cash in the bank... A firm target approach to complete the M1 work started last Autumn and a strategy to gap fill and prove up their M2 Copper play....

I don't know much about M4 yet... I see they received permits and signoffs end 15 / begin 16 and mentioned breaking ground at the same time but very little else to give a hint of what is being targeted or the actual work to be undertaken... other than in the last RNS "The Company has a very busy field programme this summer and autumn on its three most advanced prospects, M1, M2 and M4, all in Mineral County, Nevada. We look forward to updating shareholder as the results from this work are generated."

This does suggest that work has been undertaken on M4 since beginning of 16 if it is one of their advanced projects...

Watching and waiting

Sorry to keep harping on yorgi but the monitor spread is 1.6-1.65p, mm's have just dropped the offer from 1.67p yet you can sell at 1.65p, this has to be a shake if you can sell at offer price it means the price will shoot up later.

mm's at it again you can sell for the offer price of 1.65p

Easy to be shook out in this market. The mm's were almost bidding the offer price less than a hour ago and now people panic sell 5% lower.

I did not know this was traded elsewhere until now when I bought more and trade did not show up but it's showing on Advfn trade pages as Nex trade which I'm guessing is the old ISDX market ?

Volume well down now and in the absence of news then I would imagine it will remain that way unless some rumour is started on Twitter and it picks up momentum from that. The hot money has moved on for the moment.

yep volume gone, most people made their money and moved onto UKOG. This will keep dropping from here and very sorry for being honest again.

Kewben I'm fine thanks :-)

It is a bit quieter now and until either news or if their was a sudden large move in the share price it may well remain that way.

Time wise, M1 you may well be right, I have to say I thought we might possibly have seen something sooner but I may well be wrong but as long as it is good news then I don't mind when it comes........within reason of course :-)

M2 and M4 I have not given a great deal of thought to when updates from those my appear.

I can understand why some like the idea of taking out their original stake when seeing a large rise form their original investment it does make a lot of sense.

mm's got no stock at 1.7p so what do you do, you shake the price down and then watch as loads of people sell at 1.65p how easy can it be.

Not showing my buys no wonder volumes are down if trades are not showing.
This is similar to yesterday they shook it down and then later it shot up. I can sell for almost the offer price.

The way the volume is falling off it looks like the averages may be back to "normal" by next week..

What were the spreads and order limits pre Jorc news this month?

How's tricks Yorgi?
Boards a bit quieter now!!

Heres my take

M1..from watching the videos it was suggested that camp was just being struck... by the time works completed and assessed my timescale would be end Aug?
M2.. Further proving up and gap fills I didn't originally expect to get back until Oct.. but the latest placings suggest acceleration of this work...No 100% sure whether Jorc Comp Scope Study will take as long... last time updated in Feb suggesting March update and was released in June!!

M4 - do not have an idea... but going of the Drilling and Scope study... Going to hope for end Autumn per RNS.. using Oct as a guide...

Of course the new money may accelerate these things... but Late Aug is when I would like to see some new information.. Perhaps around the half year report?

personally I have added 900k to my free hold... now at 1.3mm average 0.0125 which even if the share price tests the first placing price will keep things comfy..
I am sure the share price will test the soul over the next few weeks / months.... usually does.. hoping that the money is going to be well spent and adds to the great news from earlier this month....

What do you think?

Ideally I would like to sell out to run a free trade.. especially if we get a spike to say 2.9 / 3.0.... but without news I cant see this happening so will join you (and Festario) patiently waiting for the company to spend the cash and hopefully fill up and prove up....
