01/9/2016 16:46 | Struggling , can't produce going concern accounts , insolvent , but they may yet pull a rabbit out the mud . . . . . If they can turn orders into fulfilled sales but hey don't fret , Leedskiers quite sanguin and very relaxed . . . . Allegedly | 1sillydoris
01/9/2016 13:48 | marketeer4' s communication has prompted the reply, which is more or less in line with my speculative thoughts as posted yesterday, namely that the disposal of the biofuels business and the sale of the palm oil refinery at Lahad Datu are taking a little time.As often is the case real time is somewhat slower than market time. | leedskier
31/8/2016 16:49 | AddEven Graphene producer Haydale fell 5%. | leedskier
31/8/2016 16:48 | I hope your email is successful. However one has to be careful about timing. Many Aim commodity shares, including at least posting good news, were smacked today. Fears of a September US rate rise is gripping the markets.A stronger USD is negative for equities. The fact that many London listed commodity companies earn money in USD, seems not to matter a jot when Wall Street is in full retreat. | leedskier
31/8/2016 14:42 | I have contacted GRPH's public relations company Yellow Jersey PR today by email a copy of which is shown below: I would hope for a response but I will not hold my breath. Dear Mr Dominic Barretto or Harriet Jackson, I write as a concerned shareholder of Graphene Nanochem as there has been no regulatory news today on their financial position as promised in the july 29th RNS. It was in that RNS notice that progress was promised to the market and all other interested parties in August 2016. As you represent the company’s interests then I am sure you have been made aware of the current position. If not I expect you are as concerned as I am as to why there has not been any response from the company bearing in mind it is the last day of August today and their are only two hours left before the market closes as it is now 1430 hours. Please pass on my concerns to the the CEO Mr Jespal Deol and advise him that greater things are expected if a company promises it should deliver. | marketeer4
31/8/2016 10:54 | Thanks for your reply Leeds, I just thought they said August. John | 2350220
31/8/2016 10:31 | The Company does not need an extension. There is a period of grace of three months to file accounts following the six months. During that period of grace the shares are suspended.I read the RNS posted at the end of July and I know no more than that.If speculation is of any use, I speculate that the company is:1. Is in the process of selling the assets described in that RNS and/or2. Is awaiting news of a decent order from Scomi from the large order book. For me the most important points are thatIt does file accounts and that when it does and the suspension is listed, the order book supports the share price. Precisely when that will be is of less importance. I recognise that others may wish to trade and the wish for trading to resume as soon as possible. | leedskier
31/8/2016 09:17 | So here we are, the last day of August and still not a peep. Even IF they do file their accounts now, it does seem pretty shabby and amateurish to leave it soo long, and till the last day even after having been given a 2nd extension. Starting to look like Erogenous could be right. I sincerely hope not. Any thoughts Leedskier? John | 2350220
26/8/2016 10:08 | Four trading days to go and still no word. Are we guessing that they are going to delay it yet again? Or am I just being a bit pessimistic? John | 2350220
23/8/2016 09:45 | Sincerely hope so Rob j | 2350220
23/8/2016 09:02 | It won't affect the late accounts, but will hopefully help the share price. | adv rob
23/8/2016 08:11 | Nice as it is, surely none of this will be a part of this past financial year's accounts. I can't see that they can just keep waiting and adding information over and above the period they are supposed to be reporting. John | 2350220
22/8/2016 18:59 | Yeah, I've got caught out by that several times. The simple fix is to start the address with a capital Http rather than the usual http, and the bulletin board seems to accept it then. John | 2350220
22/8/2016 18:35 | Thanks Jules. I didn't notice that the link was mangled. | statistical
22/8/2016 17:54 | "30% to 40% of its revenue for the year to be contributed by new products, such as plat drill and lubricants." great. bring it on. I Just changed the link so it's not blocked. | juleshoddy |
