MarketeerAll a matter of entry level! If you got in at 10p I'm sure you'd be more than happy with 50% rise! I'm not in positive territory till well into the 40s however!!!

Rome was not built in a day ,part of the problem is stock lending by brokers it may be a good idea to put a limit sell in well above current prices
to hinder them making cash from our holdings.

Graphene Nanochem (GRPH): Broadening Triangle Targets 27p

Although it is clear from the daily chart of Graphene Nanochem that this is not exactly an easy stock to get a technical handle on, we have been treated to a relatively clear cut charting signal which should inspire confidence. This consists of a clearance of the 200 day moving average at 12.79p, with the message at the moment being that provided there is no weekly close back below this feature, one would be looking to further significant upside. Just how high this could stretch is suggested by the top of a broadening triangle in place since as long ago as the early part of July. The resistance line projection of the triangle is currently pointing to the 27p level, an area which could be hit as soon as the next 1-2 months.

Soon the wonder material graphene will be used in motor vehicle tyres,
with one estimate being that the demand for the material will be almost seven times present world production.
The problem with the economics of the graphene story so far is that, being one atom thick, a very little goes a long way in various technology products. Graphene is extracted from graphite, and much of the exploration surge for that is being driven by high hopes for the super-strong material. But the adoption of graphene by tyre-makers would mean a sudden blowout in demand for both graphene and graphite.
And this is no pipedream: Italian company Directa Plus, which manufactures new nanomaterials, has announced it is to supply graphene to a manufacturer of more than 7 million bicycle tyres annually. Next step, says the company, the auto industry.
Warwick Grigor, of Far East Capital, who is running hard with the graphene story, figures that if just 5 per cent of car owners around the world went for the new high-end tyres, and 80 grams of graphene was used in each tyre, that would require 6800 tonnes of graphene, against the present output of about 1000 tonnes.
Graphene used in rubber tyres reduces heat, weight and ensures greater strength, better impact resistance and more flexibility.

The company involved is Directa Plus which is producing Graphene enhanced bicycle tyres as this link explains
hxxp://www.azonano.com/news.aspx?newsID=32879

It does suggest that the next step is Graphene enhanced auto tyres but there does not appear to be any tie up with GRPH.

Just did a quick Google search and found this little article about bike tyres, so it looks like some companies are already enhancing tyres with graphene:

Hi
this is a share I just look at (will buy some oneday) but noted a bit about tyres!
so far as I am aware it reduces rolling resistance and also offers better puncture protection (not puncture proof I might add) no doubt someone will correct this

Like the slow and steady progress of the share price Don't want to attract the day traders and shorting mob with massive day rises!

Malaysia is one of the worlds leading rubber producers. Rubber tyres incorporating graphene would certainly increase global demand for it.

I will have a look.

Meantime given India tested platdrill and rated it, and that Scomi has sold GRPH products there, this is interesting news.

Not sure if the Company is in to that yet. But it is certainly moving into new areas. The oil products are taking care of themselves with Scomi firmly involved in marketing and sales.I mentioned earlier the US oil inventories.Oil price is now positive on the day. Hopefully the recovery now has legs.
