In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Grainger plc announces that Belinda Richards has given notice to the Company that having completed six years of service as a director in April 2017, she will not be seeking re-election as a non-executive director at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). Belinda will therefore step down from the Board at the AGM on 7 February 2018.
Mark Clare, Chairman, commented:
"During her time at Grainger, Belinda has chaired the Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committees as well as being the Company's Senior Independent Director.
