Notice of AGM

Good Energy announces that its Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at http://www.goodenergygroup.co.uk. The Company will be holding its AGM at 3pm at Chippenham Town Hall, High Street, Chippenham, SN15 3ER on Wednesday 21st June 2017.

Scrip Dividend

The Directors recommended a final dividend of 2.3p per share for the year ended 31 December 2016 when announcing the Company's preliminary results on 21(st) March 2017. In response to continued shareholder interest, the Board has decided to continue to offer shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to the final dividend. Documentation setting out full details relating to this scrip dividend has been sent to shareholders today.

Subject to approval of the final dividend at the AGM on 21(st) June 2017, the final dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names are on the register at close of business 9(th) June 2017. The Company's shares will trade ex dividend from 8(th) June 2017.

If shareholders wish to receive all or part of this dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms need to be filed by 4.00 pm on 22(th) June 2017. If no action is taken, the dividend will be paid as cash. The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the dividend will be calculated and published on or around 15(th) June 2017.
