07/2/2013 15:50 | It's a bit clearer what's happened here now, after today's RNS, but still somewhat 'muddy' impo. They should really have told us about this other 'missing' 10% holding (of Strathland's and Hanson's). The first RNS gave the impression they were paying £40m for 90% of Kazakh-Russian. They should have made it clear that other parties had 10%. Even now its not particularly clear. Is some of the £40m going to Strathlands and Hansons? If that's the case they should have said 97.56%. If all £40m is going to Kazakh-Russian, they should have said 87.56% surely. It appears wrong whichever way you read it. Nomad/FSA need to look at this. You can understand why it jumped to 0.90p. Everyone, understandably, thought GMA were retaining 10% = £4m approx. Hence the 0.8p+ figure being suggested by pundits on this bb. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo

07/2/2013 15:22 | Read it very carefully Noirua. I'm sure the BoD made it complex to grasp for a reason. | lr2
07/2/2013 15:10 | Gma Resources GMA Resources PLC Proposed Acquisition All original ordinary shares, x 500, become one new ordinary + 1 deferred. -- the effect of the Capital Reorganisation will be to convert every 500 Existing Ordinary Shares into one New Ordinary Share and one Deferred Share. | noirua
07/2/2013 15:04 | Too many numbers for Noirua to compute SSB This is someone who can't do 27/500 How is he going to do 200050014126.9620002 | dontshootthemessenger

07/2/2013 14:50 | Don't know why I am bothering... Lets assume you have 1m shares @0.30p cost =£3000. 1 March Your 1 million shares will become 2000 KEM shares 500:1 At £41 million float will be 26.96p per share. So your holding will be now 2000x 26.96p = £539 Great investing! lol DYOR | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:46 | How many shares you got so i can help you with the maths? | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:44 | No it won't if it floats @£45m it is 0.054p def shares are for bond holders so forget that too. | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:41 | sideshow', the market certainly values the stock higher than you value it. | noirua
07/2/2013 14:34 | You are correct so why you buying GMA? Wait for KEM open - you may be right maybe KEM assets are great. Why would anyone pay 0.3p now when on 1 March it will automatically become at best 0.054p . For 0.3p today KEM would have to float at £221m . | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:24 | It isn't really GMA anymore now and new board directors will be appointed. It would surprise me if more than 1 director survives 6 months. | noirua
07/2/2013 14:20 | well, you'd be wise to wait, the way this is carrying on today. | citytrader007
07/2/2013 14:18 | LOL don't say I didn't warn you. Would not touch GMA ever again. | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:16 | sideshowbull, Are you trying to talk the price down in hopes you can get back in under 0.20p? rodez showed a working at 0.57p. Fair enough, you can discount this as usually happens, unless asset is undervalued, and we guess our own figure on that. | noirua
07/2/2013 14:09 | CAPITAL TO BE RAISED ON ADMISSION (IF APPLICABLE) AND ANTICIPATED MARKET CAPITALISATION ON ADMISSION: No capital to be raised. Anticipated market capitalisation at Admission, approximately GBP463,000 Anticipated market capitalisation following Contract Reinstatement and conversion of Loan Stock, approximately GBP41 million PERCENTAGE OF AIM SECURITIES NOT IN PUBLIC HANDS AT ADMISSION: At Admission: 27.6% Following Contract Reinstatement: 87.56% DETAILS OF ANY OTHER EXCHANGE OR TRADING PLATFORM TO WHICH THE AIM COMPANY HAS APPLIED OR AGREED TO HAVE ANY OF ITS SECURITIES (INCLUDING ITS AIM SECURITIES) ADMITTED OR TRADED: For discussion only: So what happens to GMA shares on 1 March.. 1. They divide by 500 and get renamed KEM. Whats happens to the share price of GMA? GMA does not exist any more now KEM and will have mkt cap of £463k " Anticipated market capitalisation at Admission, approximately GBP463,000 " So who gives a damn what NPV value you think they have it won't carry over.. GMA were bust before this, you think Berfolk are now going to give GMA a better deal as some morons inflated the SP? DYOR | sideshowbull
07/2/2013 14:08 | ... going by the selling here now, and its stall at 0.3 ... I'd say everyone fully agrees with you Rodez LOL | citytrader007
07/2/2013 13:54 | Just looked at some of the snippets posted over the last few days.Read back to my earlier posts.Note that when the rise started the day before yesterday fenseal? stated he was getting a figure of 0.6p a share from people he consulted. This morning I just didn't like to watch people selling shares today at rock bottom because valuation is problematic. If another poster I quoted is correct about mineral assets being worth 1 billion(after costs) and you take this value out over 20 years at a discount rate of 10% it gives you a NPV of 425M.The 1 billion was I recall a conservative estimate. I just wanted potential sellers to understand that the future value of shares does not relate to the money paid for an asset it relates to the VALUE of the asset. Anyway really have said my bit now. This is my last post.GLA.You must make up your own minds in the final analysis. | rodez |
