2 big unknowns remain for me

when does KRMC float (this year?)?
what will the float price be?

all that influences gma's 1:500 stake.

I saw something like this about a year ago.Thought I would not see the like again.

Is there not such a thing as keeping an orderly market? Or is this market really a casino?

Is it possible that so many shares were traded on the assumption that a 500:1 split meant that holders were about to become 500 times better off?
No,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Daytraders

huh? There are lots of idiots trading shares. That's one fact. I don't have an account which lets me short GMA. That's another fact. (I very rarely go short and don't usually want such an account - today was a rare exception.)

What's your point? Do you think not having some particular shorting facility arranged equates to stupidity?

Like I said, there are some real 'daytraders' around.

zangdook, you said and i quote "I never realised there were so many numpties trading shares", then you go and say "I wish I had some way of shorting this." if you dont know how, maybe you should not be trading shares, now jog along please.

Just to make it clear. The company is not raising £40m in cash. It is paying for assets by issuing shares. The supposed value of those shares is £40m but the real value is for the market to determine. At the moment the market seems to think they're worth more like £400m. The market is wrong and will correct itself.

I have had no interest in GMA for a long time and no intention of taking one either.

I wish I had some way of shorting this.

I been confused since i seen the first buy yesterday at open at 0.1 even, let alone 900% more at open today, imo

As I see it:

KEM will raise £40m by 148,320,720 new shares = 26.96p per share.
GMA will receive 1,236,006 shares in KEM. @ 500 GMA becomes 1 KEM
So KEM @26.96p you need to divide by 500 to get a GMA value

--------------------------------------------------------

26.96p /500 =0.0539p

If KEM floats higher for whatever reason this could change

Please check my calcs

ssb, I don't understand what they are saying so I can't do a calculation. All I can say is that I'm glad that I sold earlier today.

Sideshow

"which = 0.053p GMA"

They are currently 0.5p, so 10x overvalued?

Confused, I am.
