09/11/2015 11:51 | that is saying something on a thread where Loverat posts ! | the stigologist
09/11/2015 11:51 | J777J is not the sharpest tool in the box if he is coming out with this rubbish. Clueless muppet. | the stigologist
09/11/2015 10:43 | J, they are a US firm, I doubt they are relevant in this issue. You need a UK firm of lawyers who have experience in this area. | rcturner2
09/11/2015 09:02 | Maybe everyone gets nothing. Then the lawyers can start work. Ryan and Maniskas LLP are in a class action v Mobileiron. Good place to start. Apparently costis the crook is cooperating with authorities, anyone able to shed more light on that and the £15 million worth of shares sold? | j777j
09/11/2015 09:00 | J, in administration the creditors come before the shareholders. Shareholders will get nothing. | rcturner2
09/11/2015 08:06 | hpcg, I have to say I am in favour of regulation of investment in AIM companies. | rcturner2
08/11/2015 22:14 | Lover, please just accept you have nothing to add, period. Very sad that you post at all. Move on, take up croquet maybe | muffster
08/11/2015 22:10 | RCT - agreed, people most naturally connect with like minded souls, so people tend to concur with confirmation and resist opposing views. Everyone here is an adult making their own decision and if they lose out that is the way of the world. Having said that, none of us benefits from the number of frauds and lifestyle companies listed on AIM. Nor does the economy - we should want our equity pounds to go to productive businesses. Repeated expression of the bear case is one of the few ways of moderating the rampers who seek to achieve the opposite. | hpcg
08/11/2015 19:34 | totally agree sefton. what a saddo | elcapital
08/11/2015 18:44 | Where do i say that anyone should have listened to me? I posted my view, I suspect that only a very small actually pay attention to opposing views. | rcturner2
08/11/2015 15:40 | Loverat, I really have no idea what you are drivelling on about. This thread like many many other threads on advfn are a mix of the good the bad and the ugly. Anyone with even half a brain can see who believes what about the company and can make their own mind up about the facts and likelihood of fraud here, which i set at about 10% given the red flags. If you think this thread somehow was unreadable then that says more about you than it does the thread. | rcturner2
08/11/2015 13:26 | The thread was started in 2013. Therefore a little bizarre to try to distort the comments in the header by presenting it as if it was created recently. Besides, whatever has transpired here does not all of a sudden invalid the comments in the header. There are lots of factors in play when considering the disorderly and corrupt markets - including the role of shorters and tipsters, management and regulators. The quicker people start to realise this and stop presenting this as bull v bear the quicker intelligent discussion will return to these boards. | loverat |
