Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 6 April 2017 at 11.00am under RNS No 8094B.

The price paid per ordinary share has been changed from EUR6.75 to EUR6.67. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

The Company announces that it has been advised that on 4 April 2017 Geoff Miller, non-executive chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, for his QROPS, at a price of EUR6.67 per ordinary share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Miller has an interest in 21,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.023 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
