13/12/2007 09:26 | What would happen if the high flying management bought in by Findlay left at the same time.Would they have left empty handed and I don't mean money.Sack of rodents. | volvo
13/12/2007 09:09 | "cyberpost - 12 Dec'07 - 20:16 - 5371 of 5377 can someone clarfiy.. the 16p bid is still on isnt it ? it will be decided at the agm." No, the AGM is to review the past year and approve the accounts for that year. There will be votes of re-electing dirs and re-appointing auditors. You can expect the dirs to make an outlook statement which will give their views of the proposed takeover. EMER have to get their shareholders to approve the deal - then it will be put to GME shareholders and the outcome declared at an EGM. | david77
13/12/2007 08:12 | Now lets think why the infamous Paul Findlay was so keen to leave the Range Rover and 200k per year? Can you smell something? Sack of rodents. | volvo
12/12/2007 20:49 | cyberpost - not sure why the share price has dropped so much either the mm's are looking to pick up shares on the cheap from shakey holders while we wait until early 2008 for EMER or they know something we don't about the take over. CF - have you had any more contact with EMER lately... | steves2
12/12/2007 20:17 | Because the market thinks the stock is pants. | r0bbie george
12/12/2007 20:16 | can someone clarfiy.. the 16p bid is still on isnt it ? it will be decided at the agm. so why is the share such a massive discount to the agreed 16p take out price ? thanks in advance. | cyberpost

12/12/2007 18:51 | Whats worrying is that no one wants to take punt at these levels for a 40% profit early next year.......and the way the price is dropping it could be 50% by the end of the year. Does anyone know if GME have won any new business lately?? | steves2
12/12/2007 17:10 | Don't know, but I'm no longer feeling like a lemon for getting out at 11.25p in July. Doubt I could sell what was £90k of GME shares at 18p for a decent price now. | sicilian_kan
12/12/2007 17:09 | Suddenly 15p looks like a dream !! | murtceps7
12/12/2007 16:01 | This dosn't look like a business that is going to make it....whats been leaked???? | steves2
12/12/2007 09:43 | Have a look. It is true and it surprised me. I think it was 15k each. What were their targets? Stuff up the company better than last year? | sicilian_kan
12/12/2007 09:37 | SK - Is this true...how can you get a bonus when you manage to lose £1 for every £2 you earn. how much were the bonuses? | steves2
12/12/2007 06:48 | because the remunation committee chaired by Mental Fitz is probably getting back handers! Mind you if ever a man(!) deserved a back hander its him! | pomp circumstance
12/12/2007 01:50 | How did Findlay and Gibson get bonuses on top of their salary, see the 2007 annual report... | sicilian_kan

07/12/2007 13:39 | A piece of CACK that is not going to find a buyer . Where is the FSA ? | hvs
07/12/2007 13:20 | Beats me why, if EMER have a pot of money and want to expand their name globally, they would choose GME with its appalling reputation to do it !! The only reason i can see is they think they are getting it dead cheap which must mean we are not getting value for money at 16p ( thats if we ever see 16p and i have my doubts)... I will not take anything here at face value any more and that includes EMER !! trust has to be earned now !! | murtceps7 |
