Global Invacom's U.S. Subsidiary Changes Trading Name to Global Skyware

London / Singapore, 24 October 2016 - Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group"), a satellite communications equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, today announces that its U.S. subsidiary Raven Antenna Systems Inc ("Raven" or "the business"), previously trading as Skyware Global, has been rebranded Global Skyware.

The rebranding, including a new trading name, logo and slogan, will bring the business in line with Global Invacom's wider brand, providing consistency across all areas of the Group.

Global Skyware is a leading designer and supplier of satellite antennas, products and services for C-band, Ku-band and Ka-band frequency platforms. Global Invacom acquired the business in August 2015, positioning the Group as the world's only full-service outdoor unit supplier.

Mr Tony Taylor, Executive Chairman of Global Invacom, said: "The rebranding is an important step in integrating Skyware into the Group. The move will clarify to customers and suppliers of Global Skyware - both current and future - that the Group is a single entity which is able to provide all their Satellite Ground Equipment requirements.
