I agree it looks like a scam but the Board of Directors appear credible?

They are buying at bottom of the market so that's good but why the $5m contingent on top of $8m fair value? What is this contingent on?

Everest look distressed so why aren't GED taking them to the cleaners?

So we get a reduced interest rate on the outstanding loan balance, plus we take on care and maintenance of some of Everest's vessels. You couldn't make it up...

Is it my imagination or are we not told what the idependent valuations of all the vessels are?

Yes big news. They can't pay so guess what the loan is being forgiven in return for some nearly new rust buckets. We will never see any cash. Special dividend or stock buy back is not going to happen.

As I said earlier this year; surely it's time for this lot to pack up and go home? Even after ripping shareholders off in the usual way, we'd still see 45-55pps?

I have given up on this. The one thing they should do is return cash to shareholders but I suppose that is earmarked for salaries so that's never going to happen.
