Hi 2red.

I sold 50k last week and failed to sell other 50k.

So on balance happy to see recent rise and will now hold remainder for rest of year.

31st March they issued their infamous rns saying they saw no reason for the share price rise, will they do it again if we break thru 140?

Read somewhere (No pain, no gain in the Inddie?) that the buyout price was likely to be around 200p, so not a huge upside but nice if it goes down.

Guys, bear in mind the development business they are in, some areas have had strong house price rises thus raising the value of their freehold sites, so could be a bit of rerating going out. That 1.5p spread is already history today so may be due for a good rise after all.

Something is coming otherwise there would not be an increased share price in this market. Could be significant own share purchases or a deal of some kind.

I have no info other than what has been said in RNS.

However one of those statements talked about returning significant shareholder
value this year and much ealier they have said about the planning applications.

Difficult to assess how much is factored in.

Anyway H1 trading statement due early July

Could do with some good news to offset some of my other shares

That's interesting speculation on your behalf: evidence?

My own thoughts suggest the ongoing development of sites in relation to property speculations had aleady been factored into the share price..? If this is so, then something else has to explain the significant moves in the share price today??

Call me a bit prem but somat may b happening.

Down yest 3.5 and up 3.5 at start but now up a bit more.

Some Planning Applications accepted possibly?

Yes I know, but it shows a good deal of confidence in the current share price - and presumably suggests that they are creating a fair amount of cash....

fisrt quarter results today, show no real improvement in trading so current price suggest that freehold property developments are already priced in. Completely dead today.

thinking about the way the co is going about things, seems likely they will do another rights issue and want to keep the price down for the moment so they can get support at a reasonable price - 100-ish?

another rns, a trading update for April two days before the results are due - same as they did before when the share price started to rise and said there was no reason for it.
