25/2/2014 16:35 | Swong - Read the RNS - they provided some details of the issues you might encounter. Across the pond we are still knocking at the door of $8 :-) SJ | sailing john
25/2/2014 15:53 | What will happen to our share on AIM, anyone knows? will they automatically converted? | swong21118
22/2/2014 09:34 | Still around 480 in sterling equivalent. Even after taking the dilution into account the share price is still too low. If GPRK continue with the (& no reason to suggest they will not) operational progress and their regular updates, the stock will attract friends very quickly and $8 will seem very cheap. | tyler90
21/2/2014 23:13 | Don't have much knowledge of US stocks. There are quite a few S American focused stocks on the TSX. | thegreatgeraldo
21/2/2014 23:00 | Geraldo -Sometimes you lose a battle to win the war! Liquidity on NYSE so far is much improved and AIM is not an Adult market imv, NYSE certainly is. Can anyone list the biggest US listed SAm Oil/Gas pure plays? I will endeavour to but a bit timeshort currently. | bbluesky
21/2/2014 21:31 | Maybe the yanks have pointed out to the BOD that the way to go is not to treat your shareholders with utter contempt? | thegreatgeraldo
21/2/2014 21:13 | Getting noticed +10% to $8.05 | sailing john
21/2/2014 10:31 | Or should I say the continuing thread! | tyler90
21/2/2014 10:31 | Not good with techy stuff but will promise to post on the new thread. Thanks chopsy. | tyler90
21/2/2014 08:30 | Just practising. I'll try to add an NSYE:GPRK chart here when I get a chance out of hours. On the other hand, if any of you who are good at charts want to post the script here I'll copy it into the header to show the charts of your choice and we can carry on here. | chopsy
19/2/2014 12:52 | And goodbye from me.Is anyone going to open a thread on NYSE:GPRK? | whealan
18/2/2014 16:43 | So it is adieu to GPK on the AIM! | tyler90
17/2/2014 16:03 | US closed today; 420 a good buy price in London. It is lower than NYSE close on Friday. PS Opportunity did not stay for long! The quote of 350/450 means you are better off trading on the NYSE where it is $7.20/$7.28 ( £4.32/£4.36). | tyler90
14/2/2014 15:23 | Well done SJ and stocktaker , nice bit of work . | loafingchard
14/2/2014 12:39 | The directors just bought more than 20 millions worth of share, if people can buy cheaper on NYSE, why they will fork out so much money themselves to buy the shares? Why dun they wait until it is delisted and buy them on NYSE? | swong21118
14/2/2014 12:35 | Why u can buy cheaper at US market? | swong21118
14/2/2014 12:23 | Yes, you can sell for a higher price and buy cheaper on the NYSE. | tyler90
14/2/2014 12:18 | About to delist from AIM - now listed in USA | sailing john
14/2/2014 12:12 | Why spread is so big? Anyone knows? | swong21118
13/2/2014 23:06 | Closed just above $7 +5.5% with a massive 175k traded - a few more than AIM! I expect moves of 5-10% both up and down on a daily basis, The yanks love trading! GL - SJ | sailing john
13/2/2014 15:30 | Back in at $6.67 - £4.02 But actual £4.10p after accounting for rubbish exchange rate given by TD of 1.63 and their £17.50 dealing charge Not used them before but as Selftrade still don't recognise ticker and haven't replied to my secure message of yesterday had to use TD Given the apparent nearly 2% exchange rate commission they appear to have grabbed and the higher dealing fee I won't be trading these. But then again I didn't trade on AIM as far too illiquid. At least on NYSE they are shifting some volume though not so much today and my buy appears to have moved the price In profit after 10 minutes despite TDs best efforts to prevent it!!!!! See you in a few months zzzz SJ Edit volume now picked up to 16k and average for this week 46k/day Puts AIM to shame! I'm not surprised as I trade SOL on NYSE and the volume is massive Must be a lot of wealthy American PIs trading in and out? | sailing john
13/2/2014 13:27 | £4 × 1.66 = $6.64 Which effectively matches the GPRK closing price .Buying on AIM for less than the miserable $7 they got the ipo away at . | loafingchard
13/2/2014 12:54 | SJ, Yes you should have no problem, I traded through wife's account. I know you sold some time ago, so you must be very happy to pick them up at this price. | 2006stocktaker
13/2/2014 09:02 | US listing now complete - hopefully I will now be able to trade Looks like AIM trading already closed down with bid offer at 300/450!!! | sailing john |
