GCP Infra, which is the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, is pleased to announce the completion on 29 November 2017 of a refinancing by funds and accounts under management by Blackrock Investment Management (UK) Limited of a portfolio of loan notes held by the Company which are secured against infrastructure assets in the UK and which were valued at GBP97.4 million as at 30 September 2017 (the "Loan Notes").

Pursuant to this refinancing, the Company will retain a subordinated investment of GBP27.7 million secured against the cash flows from the same portfolio of assets at a materially enhanced rate of return.

The proceeds of this refinancing will be used for making new investments in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
