ten bag man: Again as I have posted in their past the shorters may have broken ranks (in my view.) Some understood, (at a late stage that a naked short with no free share float spells disaster on a massive scale) and bought back in prior to the AIM delisting. Others seem to have bought back in at £10.00 on the matched bargain platform last week. Those two groups of Ex shorters have left the room and can now sleep at night knowing they have ZERO exposure to the ever rising GATE share price.

ten bag man: I understand from a poster on another thread has contacted the above and no trades have gone through at £6.00. At some stage the shorters will be required to close by the counter party. £6.00 might well turn out to be a very cheap price based on the share price growth 10P to £6.00 in the last 6 months.!! At that rate of growth your talking about £354 a share.( for the full year.)

ten bag man: Solarno, I understand one of your investments is valued at around 6P (and has yet to do a deal) !! However I can buy those shares myself "in the market" right now. GATE VENTURE shares on the other hand are I think about 20% short within the old listing on AIM. ( Shares bought and paid for but not delivered . Then we have the off market naked shorts with various counter parties ( a Bookmakers, card room players and so on). Thus we end up with a situation where their are ZERO shares to buy ( on or off market ) Hence the one way in the share price. PP. The smart shorters took their hit on my advice prior to the delisting on AIM and lost a mere 25 times their investment.

ten bag man: From the above post (if true), it looks like the game plan was made years ago. (As per my thoughts on this BB for months) Along come the shorters,(after share price starts moving up) and its game on.!! The shorters worked on the fact sellers would at some stage show up. However if no shareholder wants to sell (at any price) the shorts are cooked. The shorts are praying for a delisting as they think sellers will want to dump stock.( 99% of AIM shares fall on delisting news.)The MM mark down for starters,at the same time sellers dump. However that plan is flawed if the MM can not find any sellers of GATE stock. If that was the companies plan from day one, then the shorters could be paying ONE MILLION POUNDS PER GATE SHARE to buy back in and close. To my mind, that's about the right price.

bam bam rubble: Listing Status of Gatewang, Sept 2013 At Gatewang we have been planning this for more than 3 years, and in the last few months we've completed a lot of work to initiate the listing. Our Chinese accountants are working with our finance department and our HK consultant and will have the financials ready to be audited as required for listing. We went to London and spoke to 4 Nomads. Each are very interested in helping with our AIM listing. We are looking to list by the first quarter of 2014. hxxp://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_e41def6f0101clbi.html Meeting with Allenby Blog update, Sep 2014 Dear Gate members, we appreciate the long wait for the listing is making some of you anxious and that you want to know the exact date of the listing. I and the rest of the team are in the same mindset. Our recent UK trip has improved the company strategy. We are now considering these aspects of our AIM listing the placing, broker, nomad, and a 2nd branch of shares. Ensuring shareholders have long-term interest is the only way to get the shares soaring. There's no point listing if the stock immediately becomes worthless junk. Also, the more publicity we create, the more potential there is to make the share price soar.hxxp://www.paigu.com/a/251602/14333572.html

ten bag man: The shorts take hope that some shareholders will sell, (if relisted) they may be right, however i would point to the share price to date.

bam bam rubble: Standard P&D - source cash from punters to place buy orders to inflate the share price - sales proceeds on other side of the trade go to promoters bank accounts More protection in terms of paper trail to add additional step; - source cash from punters to place buy orders to inflate the share price - sales proceeds to 3rd party accounts then recycled as convertible notes - notes converted and sold in the market with proceeds going to promoters

ten bag man: I agree looks like an trap has been set long ago and the shorters are hanging. If that's is there case then it's got a lot higher to go. if its a scam all you have to do is work out the kind of profits a scammer would be looking for V the risk he takes. I think investors put in £3.3M so ten times that is £33M but that would mean ALL the shares would need to be sold at that price (not just the few % that have been shorted.) For the scam to work as far as I can see more shorters are required and more shorters closing shorts are required. That would have the effect of pushing the share price up as each jump in the price puts fear in the existing shorters while at the same time more new shorters see the price rise and place short bets.

apfindley: Why on earth is this being pumped??Possibly being driven up so they can get people trapped and then short the hell out of it at a higher price. The company already clearly stated last week there was NO REASON FOR THE PRICE RISE:------------12 March 2015Gate Ventures Plc("Gate Ventures" or the "Company")Statement re share price riseThe board of Gate Ventures, the Investing Company formed to make investments and capitalise on investment opportunities in the media and entertainment sectors, notes the recent price movement in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each and would like to inform the market that it knows of no reason for this movement and that there are currently no updates to the information contained in the Company's admission document dated 10 March 2015.-----------
