30/8/2015 14:34 | Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this. I can not get my head round this disclosure since it's the shorters from that very site that have yet to close their positions. Odd very odd. | ten bag man

30/8/2015 10:31 | it is not worth ten pence......but soon it will be you are a moron for trying to defend this | elcapital
30/8/2015 10:22 | We have established: MARKET CAP based on last matched bargain trade around £330M. We have established: That prior to being de listed on AIM the company's shares were naked shorted. We have established : Those shorts have yet to close out. We have established: The company has heaps of cash enough in my view to last 15 years or more. We have established: The company is debt free. We have established: This company is valued on the scarcity of its shares. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 09:49 | So we have established: A, You dont know what you are talking about B, You dont know what a PE is C, You dont know how much cash per share there is D, You are on a wind up E, You are an idiot F, You have never held any shares, and never would. | elcapital
30/8/2015 09:41 | Elcapital. Your looking in the wrong box old chap. GATE has a new revenue model, it's called milking the shorters of its shares. It's about issuing new shares at ever higher prices. It's about having cash in the bank. It's about having just about zero free float of its shares. It's about doing what it wants in the way it wants when it wants. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 09:32 | Its now traded on Britdaq TBM What is the PE ratio for this year? What ids the projected PE for next year? When will they make a profit,if ever.? How much cash per share do they have? Of course I know the answer to these questions, but I wonder if you do? | elcapital
30/8/2015 09:12 | Bottom of web page inc new second platform. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 09:11 | Company web page states last trade went through this week at a tenner. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 09:10 | Where do you see these trades at £10 ?? | still waiting
30/8/2015 08:55 | Again as I have posted in their past the shorters may have broken ranks (in my view.) Some understood, (at a late stage that a naked short with no free share float spells disaster on a massive scale) and bought back in prior to the AIM delisting. Others seem to have bought back in at £10.00 on the matched bargain platform last week. Those two groups of Ex shorters have left the room and can now sleep at night knowing they have ZERO exposure to the ever rising GATE share price. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 08:49 | The shorters that have stayed on the fence to date have seen things just worse for them by the day, week, and month. !! Those that shorted the stock at 80P and bought back on my advice at £2.80 took a tiny hit of 225% ( prior to being delisted on AIM) Those same priced shorts ( based on the last matched bargain trade) will cost 1,300% to close. | ten bag man
30/8/2015 08:42 | Elcapital: All parties, buyers (shorts buying back in) and sellers should now be happy. The shorts get of the hook and the sellers make the returns they may have set out to do. The shorts at say 20P twice the then asset value, ( March 2015) will be down 49 fold. The shorts at say 40P will be down just 24 times. The shorts at say 80P will be down just 12 times. The above is on the understanding a seller of stock can be matched at the NEW 20P price. | ten bag man
29/8/2015 20:49 | did you buy? are you buying still? It was overvalued at ten pence | elcapital
29/8/2015 20:33 | It was cheap at 10P, £3.00, £6.00, and £10.00 That's why investors bought at those prices, is it not ? | ten bag man
29/8/2015 19:57 | buyers? surely even you are not stupid enough to buy this pos? | elcapital
29/8/2015 19:43 | Its just maths. No sellers, heaps of buyers ( shorters wanting to close out ) | ten bag man
29/8/2015 19:24 | You have issues. | elcapital
29/8/2015 19:13 | ELcapital: Keep an eye on the share price trend. Not a chartist but Floatation price 10P Delisting price £3.00 New shares issued £6.00 Last matched bargain trade £10.00 (20P after the 50 for 1) | ten bag man
29/8/2015 19:02 | Neo19: Both platforms are on a matched bargain basis so you and any buyer agree on any price you like. | ten bag man
29/8/2015 18:44 | Tbm..Looks like you have been correct with every prediction so far and it has always been a pleasure reading your messages.I hope you have shares to sell on the 2 platforms. Looks like i will be ringing Capita to alter the sell price to 20p per share after that last sell.Amazing how it just keeps rising like it has. I decided to buy back in the day before it got suspended at £2.40. Not too sure how match bargain services work and hopefully i will be able to sell just over 4000 shares (before they were divided). Not sure if they can sell them in parts which i might incur more fees or i can sell the whole lot in one. Seeing that my broker (hargreaves lansdown) have instructed Capita to sell my shares, would you think it will be possible to sell with Britdaq?..I guess,Capita would of requested the share certificate which can only be sold in one place. Much appreciated if you can answer that. | neo19
29/8/2015 17:21 | Market cap (based on the last trade,on the matched bargain platform, willing buyer , willing seller) ITHO £330M. | ten bag man
29/8/2015 17:16 | Some very bad news for shorters of GATE shares this week. They now require 49 new shares (for each old share shorted.) | ten bag man |
